Siamo orgogliosi della nostra casa di vacanza., Tutti recentemente ristrutturati a causa di Irma, nuovi mobili ben arredati, sedia reclinabile, grande TV a schermo piatto, immacolato e confortevole con pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio, soggiorno molto ampio. e parcheggio coperto. Venite a guardare un tramonto Florida Keys !!

Just Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay the place is extremely clean, beautiful location. We really enjoyed the outside space which we used a lot. Easy in, easy out. This is our 2 time in Key Colony, really enjoyed the parks that we went to (Curry Hammock) we even did a "tourist dolphin swim. The use of the Cabana Beach club was wonderful. We would rent there again.

Perfect

Property was a perfect spot for our family. Spent three weeks here. It was clean and modern. Great location as we love KCB. The bikes were wonderful to have Owner was very nice in the conversations we had with her. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Waterfront Paradise

Everything was wonderful, the house was perfect for our family. It was great to be able to keep our boat in the water right in front of the door. Close proximity to everything that you could want or need. We will for sure book it again next year!

Best Vacation House!

We had an AMAZING time here. We rented this house for a little over a week and had 6 people total stay with us. We could not have had a better experience. We had plenty of room it was super homie and a great location! Linda, the owner was prompt on answering my questions and had a wealth of knowledge as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Canalfront Paradise

Linda's place was a lovely place to spend a week. It was thoughtfully provisioned & tastefully decorated. Everything was clean - plenty of sheets and towels for the family. We would certainly enjoy staying again.

On the surface

The property is in a great location and very close to all the shopping you need with easy boat access. There are a few things that need attention from the property manager such as missing slats from the vertical blinds, cleaning under the beds not just around them, the sliding door lock had to be adjusted and tightened, door handle and strike to carport lose and needs tighten, the back porch Christmas lights don't work and should be removed or replaced, back light on wall would work intermittently. May need to clean/cut back foliage don't be surprised to see unwanted varmints running around at dusk. Clean or Replace stained matters before putting on sheets.

Boater paradise

The cottage was a very nice home on the canal front that had everything you need to make your stay feel like your own vacation home. Shady backyard facing the water, pots & pans for hot breakfast meal and the cabana club had a great pool. Thanks for a great stay.

Key Colony Beach

Location was perfect for us! Beautiful canal to keep the boat right behind the house. Easy access to fishing, snorkeling and exploring. First time staying in Key Colony Beach; we really enjoyed the sunset tradition at Sunset Pointe and dinner at Key Colony Inn! House was perfect size for our family of five and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly and this is a big plus when we bring our dog.

Very easy check in and out. House had everything we needed for a great stay. Convenient location in the keys with easy drive to everything we love to see and do!

This property is everything! The pictures don’t do it justice! We had an amazing time! The property is well equipped and had everything we needed. Linda was amazing at communicating. The cabana club was great as well. Overall great location.

Delivered Everything We Needed and was as Listed

This was a perfect Key Colony Hideout for us. The patio on the canal was great, with a lattice covering to provide evening shade. We’ll have to rent a boat for our next visit for some fishing or diving, and it will be nice to tie it up right out the back door. Kitchen was nice, with all needed utensils and cooking pots/pans in good shape. We liked having the covered, mostly-enclosed garage for the truck to keep it out of the intense sun. And the hose right by it was great for me to wash the 2000 miles of road grime and bugs off the truck when we got there. The bed we used was very comfortable, and I assume the other two in the front bedroom would be also. The washer and dryer worked perfectly for a mid-stay laundry day. Communication was perfect and checkin was seamless. The owner gave us a code to a lock box and keys were awaiting our arrival. All in all, if we return to Key Colony Beach this will be on our short list.

We had a wonderful week! Everything was just how it should be. Property is in a really great location and in good condition. Nicer than the pictures. The Cabana Club was so nice! Best pool ever. Our kids LOVED it.

Loved the patio

We enjoyed our weeks stay. Great location. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We rented a boat and having the canal in the backyard was the best. Morning coffee on the patio was my favorite. When dining in, we enjoyed dinner outside. Linda was great- especially when I realized I had made an error on our stay dates. We had an amazing spring break as a family.

Spring getaway

This property was as described and was perfect for a week long getaway with my 2 sisters. The owner was great answering questions quickly and when she learned we were arriving in the evening offered some refreshments so we would not have to run out to the store that evening. we enjoyed walking from the location and driving to other areas for hikes. The patio was perfect for lounging and enjoying our meals in (including use of the grill). Owners had good ideas for restaurants. Great stay!

Love Key Colony Community

This house was perfect for our needs. We loved all the extras like a bike, bait freezer, comfy outdoor chairs, beach towels, hangars, lots of bath towels, seasonings, kitchen utensils and dishes. Lots of thought went into making this a comfortable vacation home. We had 2 minor issues and Linda responded immediately. I highly recommend this house and Key Colony, we had a great stay!

Nice Get Away to the Keys!

Absolutely loved being on the canal and enjoying waking up to the beautiful water everyday. The house was perfect for my family of 4! Stocked with pots and pans to cook. A grill to grill which was awesome to use! You will need to get your own spices if cooking (some were there). Decorated so cute! Enough space and privacy for all of us. Close to Sombrero Beach and about an hour drive to Key West. We did the fishing trip with Sea Dog and loved it. Been going to the Keys for 30 years and that was first time fishing. There is no real public beach on Key Colony, but the owners are members of the Cabana Club. We walked in looked around and walked out. It was extremely crowded. So we did our usual Sombrero on most days and sat at the very end where the sunset is just perfect (and it's less crowded). If you take the drive to Key West - Fort Zachary State Park is a great beach! Don't forget to watch the sunset! Great place, quiet, private and over all great stay. Would stay again.

Open the door to brand new interiors looking out through double sets of glass doors at water sparkling through the palm trees .AHhhh..Get the poles.. If a hurricane evacuation or shutdown occurs because of COVID guests receive a full refund .
