Location was very central, with a grocery store nearby. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with the basics.

Great week, house was clean and looked as advertised. Fishing was great from the dock in the canal and the beach is just a.short drive. Overall a great week.

Very nice and neatly maintained house on a deep water canal. It has everything you need and the owners stay in contact to make sure everything is ok and you're enjoying your stay. I would definitely recommend this place when you're planning a trip to Marathon.

Everything was what we expected, very clean. Great kitchen, bath, washer and dryer, bedrooms were perfect. Nice boat parking. Definitely book again.

Needs some updating

There were several maintenance issues. The management was quick to address most. Location: airplane noise, as airport is close. One block off hwy 1, so convenient for driving. Not convenient for biking or walking.

I really hate leaving bad reviews and while the property was clean at first glance, it smelled like mildew and there were mold spots all over the ceiling that looked like they had been painted over. The ceiling was sagging and looked like it would collapse if a decent rain came. We also kept finding what looked like coffee grounds on the ground but it wasn't coffee grounds, weird. While I understand that we are in a tropical environment and moisturize is a problem, I think they need to put some money in the roof as it appears there is significant damage. I have also never stayed in a VRBO where they did not provide basic spices or at least one bottle of cleaner, so you can clean up. Just expect.If you stay here, you will have to provide everything besides dishes and towels. While I know hosts are not required to provide these things most do. It wasn't terrible and location is great but I wouldn't stay here. The management company nickles and dimes everything
