Nestled Just Steps Away from the Sun-Kissed Shores!

We are very sorry that the condition of the condo impacted the beginning of your stay and understand how frustrating it was to have to relocate after arriving. We recognize that moving to another condo took valuable time away from your vacation, and we sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. We take concerns regarding the condition of our properties very seriously and were glad our team was able to relocate you to another condo the following day so you could continue your stay in a more comfortable accommodation. While we cannot speak to the cause of any health concerns, we are certainly concerned whenever a guest reports an issue of this nature and take those reports seriously. We have passed your concerns along to the owner, who is addressing the issue and replacing the flooring in the condo. As these are individually owned properties, we rely on guests and our team to report concerns so that we can bring them to the owner's attention and ensure they are properly addressed, and we appreciate you making us aware of the condition

Thank you for your review and kind words about our team—we truly appreciate that. We were transparent in our listing about the roof replacement taking place during the winter and spring, and our balcony photos are intended to accurately reflect each unit’s specific view, but we understand the disruption and appreciate your patience during this time.
