Such a fabulous location. Great views. The hosts Dave and Kellie were wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Dave and Kelle were wonderful hosts. Their place was clean and beautiful. One of our favorite things was their gorgeous patio with the view of the bay and city. It’s a great location and easy to Lyft around all of San Diego.

Had a wonderful stay - such a lovely place, beautiful peaceful view, close to places I needed to be. Host was communicative and responsive. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about Dave and Kellie’s special place. The view is literally incredible. You have the whole private patio to look at the sailboats passing in the bay. We were actually there for a funeral so knowing we could go “home” to this relaxing and tranquil spot made the trip so lovely. It’s a very quiet neighborhood but there’s so much to do within walking distance or a short drive. The landscaping is also beautiful and coming up and down the stairs we said hello to the fishies in the pond each day. Inside the house was cozy and comfy. The ac cooled the space quickly and the little fan in the bedroom helped circulate the air. The bed was soooooo comfy and there were extra sheets, towels and blankets just in case. The kitchen was well stocked and they even left us a couple lovely bottles of wine! Honestly, we could not have asked for a better stay. And we sincerely hope to be back soon! If you’re looking for a spot in San Diego, this is it!

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough and informative review. Kelle and I are very grateful that you both had a good time and appreciated what we have to offer. FYI, to others, she told me after she did the review that she forgot to add how easy the parking is. From time to time people ask if parking is free and easy and the answer to both questions is yes.

Wonderful view, charming patio, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to restaurants, beach, walks, shopping. Great hosts, very friendly and responsive. We very much enjoyed our ten days and would highly recommend.

Nice place with really good views. A little smaller than expected but not that big a deal. Might be time to renew the sofa and chair in the LR. Other than that a nice stay.

Thanks! We never tire of the views even though we have lived here for 15 years! Yes, we are already taking care of the sofa and chair. They are comfy but a little too worn in places. Hope to see you again!

Really enjoyed staying w Dave and Kelle in Point Loma. Clean, convenient walking distance to everything you could want to do, eat, or see in the area. Even Liberty Station was an easy walk away if you needed more bustle. Gorgeous sunny mornings on the porch. Dave was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect!! We loved walking to nearby restaurants and bars, as well as the path along the bay. Dave was a great host!

Dave and Kelle were awesome hosts and the property was amazing! A short walk to the bay and awesome restaurants and a short Uber to everything else in Dan Diego. The view is incredible and the room is clean and comfortable with anything you could possibly need. We are looking forward to staying there again soon!
