I have stayed in several units on this property. This was the easiest check-in process ever. The hosts were very communicative through out my entire trip.I highly recommend this property. The unit was clean and equipped with everything you would need to make your stay pleasurable. That includes kitchen items.

We usually stay in San Diego, so when I booked this place, I was not sure what to expect. However, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I love that it is right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Parking garage was a major plus. The pool and the hot tub were never busy and were always clean. The condo itself was modern, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We are coming back in December!

The property was great, we enjoyed spending time with our family on our first trip to CA. The property was clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The ocean view was nice but if you are ocean swimmers this is not the beach for you due to hazardous water conditions. Obviously it is not the fault of the owner and the property itself was great!

Great location, space, and easy access to the beach. Getting in was a little bumpy so be sure to read all the instructions first. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with.

This was a beautiful spot to stay for our family! It was super clean, the beach was easily accessible, and the pool was warm! The hosts were great with communication and very helpful! Would highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

Condo was just like online pictures and owner was always responsive. We grilled poolside, enjoyed the hottub and balcony and did lots of sea shell hunting. Only drawback was that some days there is warnings of the ocean water being contaminated. Easy half hour drive to many attractions like the zoo and Sea World.

We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with this condo! The property was spotless from the moment we arrived, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location on the beach was perfect, and the condo itself was gorgeous with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.During our stay, the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working. While things like that can happen anywhere, what really stood out was how incredible the host was. Within just a few hours, they had portable A/C units delivered to make sure we stayed comfortable for the rest of our trip. They truly went above and beyond. They also checked in with us throughout our stay, communicated quickly, and were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating.We genuinely have zero complaints and can’t recommend this condo enough. This will absolutely be our yearly San Diego vacation rental. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to come back!

The host were incredibly communicative, thoughtful and organized. Our stay was wonderful and the accommodations were wonderful. We were so grateful for the covered underground safe parking garage and love being right near the beach. The only downside for us was the weather, but there was nothing that host could’ve done to fix that ha ha.

Very clean. Accurate pictures depicting proximity to beach/ocean. Great restaurant on pier visible from condo, not a long walk to get there. Other tasty local restaurants nearby, including pizza place found on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.Great communication at time of booking and periodically leading up to rental.Check-in process took some time due to having to walk up to unit to get gate keys, then back down to park car in garage, but not too bad. Safe parking in garage.Opened up windows every morning to hear the waves crashing or just sat out on balcony.

My stay was awesome...Harold and Nataliya were very gracious hosts ..they helped me throughout my stay....Nataliya came all the way to show us thru the property and help us with things. I definitely recommend this property if u r visiting San Diego.

Great location, walking distance to most everything. Perfect views of the ocean and pier, hot tub and pool were a great option when you wanted to stay close to your unit.

The condo is amazing. The views are amazing. The location is beyond ideal. We will definately stay here again. This was our first trip to San Diego and we will be coming back to this location from now on. The room was immaculate, the pool and hot tub were great to use after sight seeing. The local coffee shops and food places are all really great too. The secured parking was a bonus and you cant beat the view! Thank you again for an amazing vacation!
