We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host communicated well and was available to answer questions. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook most of our meals there. The short walk to the beach, trolley stop, and south beach marina area were perfect for our 2 small children.

We love Bluff Villas and the Braddock Cove view. This condo was very nice. The owners were helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again.

Super clean and well stocked. Only hiccup was getting the gate pass. We’re also disappointed in having to pay 20 for a gate pass when going there for 30 years they were free. Also did not like the required damage insurance. Was always an option before. The unit itself was excellent. You may want to bring your own favorite pillow. Mine was a fat rock!

This was a great location. It was perfect for our spring break trip! The place is just as described. There are the things needed to make basic meals and a lovely table outside on the patio.We hope to come back to this property next year!

This is a lovely condominium - nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped, and clean. We love the location - close to South Beach Marina and close to the beach - an easy walk to both. The hosts were very responsive. Great stay!

one of the best units in Bluff Villas at South beach. very nicely furnished, has everything you. Very cheerful decor. Perfect location, minutes to beach, Salty Dog. on the ground floor so opens to a great background Loved staying here!

What an amazing place, with an awesome host. Just a short walk to the beach, and right by the South Beach Marina, was an absolutely awesome time! Great for my family. Host was super friendly and helpful! We want to go back!

Pool charge is 20 usd per day per person which we did not consider a small fee as per listing.location so close to the beach was great and biking in sea pines is always wonderful
