Property was nice and big for our family and dogs. Good location near the interstate. Only issue was that the picture in the description was inaccurate, host was able to clarify issue. Overall- great stay and host was even able to give a late check out.

This was a great home for our group. Plenty of space, nice bathrooms, and two full size fridges to accommodate our softball families travel from Wisconsin to Colorado. Any questions or concerns with the property the host promptly responded. We had a leaky drain in the sink and he and a plumber promptly came and repaired with no disruption to our trip.Everyone slept great in the beds and we were able to enjoy conversations in the large living room or on the patio!Would highly recommend and if in the area use again! Thank you Joseph, for being such a great host to our softball family!

The place was nice. There was plenty of room for our family traveling to Colorado and for family to come visit while we were there. I would note for other travelers that the handicap shower is downstairs which could be difficult for some and is useful knowledge in planning trips with mobility challenges. Beds were comfortable and thw outdoor seating area was nice with the good weather!

House was clean and welcoming. Shower door in upstairs bathroom didnt always keep the water in tub so we got the floor wet but everything was great! Didnt have pets but we appreciated the kids toys very much! Thank you again!

Comments on the Property

A few main comments on the property. One, there is no king bed here. 3 queens upstairs that appear new and 2 other beds downstairs. The pool table shown is on a slanted back patio and completely non-playable, all the balls literally roll to one side of the table. The car port is really only for 1 car. The primary bedroom shower is very small, almost impossible to not be directly under a rainforest shower head. Bathrooms appear recently renovated in an otherwise older home. The property is adjacent to some great walking paths that interconnect with several other major Denver multi-use paths. Great for kids and dog walking off the street.

Thank you Bridget for your points. The house has recently been renovated, and it’s now 7 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, 1 King bed, 5 queen and 2 full beds, as seen in the pictures. The primary bedroom shower has also been made bigger. Thank you and looking forward to hosting you again.
