Beautiful, clean home with all the amenities! Fully stocked kitchen for large groups, plenty of beds & a great outdoor space with lots of seating, a grill & pool. We appreciated the binder with essential info and ideas of things to do. Fridge, bathrooms, and beds were all clean. We loved the washer and dryer. We also appreciated all of the gathering spaces. Lots of space to spend time together or to split up and do different things. No problem with the wifi. Hosts were available if we needed them. It was easy to access the home.

This is a lovely house with great amenities, but the important part is a host who is very responsive and understanding. Anything we needed he was available and able to accommodate so I definitely recommend staying here!

There was no hot water due to the gas being turned off. I reached out to the host (I found out later that I should have contacted Vrbo) and was offered 2 nights at a local hotel so that we could shower. However, the host called and canceled the 2nd night and left us without means of taking showers.

Adam responded to all my questions promptly. We had the BEST time at his house, and it was the perfect fit for the 7 of us. It was clean, convenient to the areas we wanted to explore and had everything we needed. One thing to note, many of the VRBO's have the basics, but there wasn't shampoo or conditioner in the main bath, no kleenex, no coffee (there was a coffee pot), only 2 paper towels (but Adam had them delivered right away). I only mention this because of other experiences and do not expect that stuff to be provided. We had gone to the store before check-in, so just as a head's up for future renters, check-in first to see what you need. I give our stay a 5 rating because we loved it!
