Private Lakefront Retreat – Dock, Hot Tub, Views

Modern comfort meets lake-house charm. Our recently renovated lakefront home features a spa-inspired shower and sits on a ½ acre in a peaceful, protected cove with a private dock. After a day on the water, unwind in the hot tub or roast marshmallows around the fire pit while enjoying beautiful sunset views. We’re also within walking distance of SC&G #4 boat landing, where you can launch your own boat or jet ski and enjoy all that Lake Murray has to offer.

Our home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing Lake Murray getaway.

W hat a beautiful view from a beautiful property. There was never a lack of something to do during the time there. We kayaked, played ping pong and the video games were a big hit. We enjoyed the hot tub for relaxing after busy days. They communication was prompt and friendly. We have found our go to place while visiting South Carolina. Thank you for sharing your property, it 100% as advertised.

We had a lovely stay at the house. It had a beautiful view of the lake and the house was exactly the right size for us. We stayed during A cooler stretch in February an we nice and warm and really enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks for the great stay.

We came up for a moms and sons trip and this property was PERFECT! It had everything we needed to entertain the kids and let the moms relax. The quiet cove is perfect for relaxing on the water and letting the kids burn some energy kayaking and paddle boarding! This property has all the amenities you can think of and more! Although the house is small it's been upgraded nicely and the shower is a show stopper! We will be back soon and for many years to come!

Overall the place was nice and quiet neighborhood. However, some things definitely needed some attention (deck table and chairs and deck itself needed cleaning, windows as well). The boat dock looked like it needed some TLC.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay at this property. Very quiet location and beautiful view of sunrise. Everything was just as described, very clean and well stocked. Great communication. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great! Very Quiet! We used the boat ramp daily but there was enough water to dock our boat. Would love to come back in the summer!

2nd time staying here since 10/2024. The house has some rough edges - uneven floors, finicky exterior doors, shades in sunroom that don’t work but nothing that detracts from a stay. Pretty well equipped, comfortable beds, AC unit worked well even on an 97 degree day, excellent water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Nice deck with all day shade if wanted. Great cove for swimming. Caught some catfish, sunfish, and bluegill from the dock. Next time I’ll put a pop up canopy on the deck for some shade there since the decking gets very hot. Hot tub will be a great option during a cool weather rental! We’ll be back!!

A getaway on the lake

While the house was quaint and lovely it was the marvel of the yard and the view that took our breaths away once we drove up the driveway. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal the coziness of the house and the decks made it a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Unfortunately for me the weather was rainy and chilly so our outdoor activity was limited. They have everything you could want to enjoy the lake though. We did get in a mile walk which was nice. The house has two arcade machines and I put the PAC-Man and Galaga games to good use. The interior is spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower is fantastic!. I hope to stay here again!

The home is in a beautiful location and is very clean! The house was full of dishes, utensils, cookware, towels, washcloths, etc. The hot tub was amazing! The only things that disappointed us was that 1. There was no power at the dock so we couldn’t charge our troll motor (this would have been nice to know up front so we could prepare with extension cords) and 2. The wood we bought from the owners was not dried out completely and it took a long time to get it to burn. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Thanks for the feedback! We unfortunately had our landscaper cut the power for the dock when he installed the firepit and need to get that back up and running. Regarding the firewood, we're not sure why it wouldn't have been dry but we decided to stop delivering firewood to the homes and instead, direct guests where they can purchase it. Had we made this change earlier, you likely would have had dry firewood. Sorry about that!

We had a great time! Location is great, quiet neighborhood! Dock is a plus! The property comes with paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. Patio is great for grilling and enjoying coffee! The house was clean and very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. As crazy as this sounds, the shower is a major highlight. After a long day on the boat/lake, that shower is like a mini spa! The owners have done a great job with this property and the view from the sunroom is spectacular! We would definitely come back!

lovely stay on lake Murray

This house was very clean and conveniently on lake Murray. We had a great time using the onsite kayaks and canoe. The house is slightly smaller then we expected as the pictures sort of made it out to be a two story home but only the decks are on different levels and the living quarters are on one floor. We had a slight issue with shower water staying hot but the host was very easy to get ahold of to try and help resolve the issue. Overall it was a great stay and a great experience with amazing views on the lake you cannot miss in the early morning!!

Pretty Lake View

Beautiful property. Shower and bath are amazing. Would’ve liked a little bit more direction on how to work some of the amenities like thermostat and TV. Did not like having to deal with taking out the garbage all the way to the curb and it was not empty when we got there. Property is very spacious but also very hilly. Front walk was a little dangerous with pebbles on it but once we swept it, it was great.If you’re looking for a great place on the waters of Lake Erie, this is a cute rental with lots of space and amenities.

We had a great stay. House was very clean inside and had everything we needed. As it was the week before July 4th, we were unable to find boat rentals but made great use of the kayaks, paddleboards and canoe. Lauren was quick to respond and great to work with. The sunroom, back deck/yard have great views and is a great place to wake up to with your morning coffee. You can just relax or explore the lake. We did some of both and look forwardvto coming back.
