Escape the stress of the city at this spacious retreat on Lake Murray w/ room for the whole family. Lazy Days on Lakeshore has everything you need for a relaxing stay and enough to do for children of all ages to enjoy the lake. Decompress while taking in views of the lake from the screened in patio, or take a dip in the water from the private dock. If you`re looking to venture out, the property is a short boat ride to a number of lakeside dining spots and has plenty of room for a boat trailer. Looking to stay in at night? This home comes with two arcade machines with more than 15 games including Golden Tee, Pac-Man, Dig Dug and more!

The home is located in Lake Village in Leesville, SC. The neighborhood is a large circle with many homes on the water. This home is located on a portion of the neighborhood that is not paved (crushed rock) so please drive carefully. The speed limit throughout the neighborhood is 15 MPH and there are children, families, and pets who walk the neighborhood during the day and at night. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If an event or a party is hosted by the guest they will be asked to close it down immediately. The second time the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will not receive a refund.

The neighborhood is perfect for bringing your bikes or golf cart to check out the unique homes in the area. The home has a very large circle driveway which is perfect for families with multiple generations of family and boat trailers.

When staying at the home, you are within a stones throw from some of the lakes best restaurants.
By Land: Southshore Grill at Southshore Marina and San Jose
By Water: N`Acho Margarita, Martin`s Landing, Doo`Littles watering hole are all a short boat ride away.

Looking to rent a boat for the weekend? This property is approved for overnight mooring by Lake Murray Boat Rentals! Book a boat online and request it to be delivered!

Guest Amenities:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit!
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be found at the Publix on 378 or the Walmart at East Church Street on Leesville.

To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.

Great property and neighborhood. Check in and out was a breeze. On site handbook was easy to follow and concise. We were able to find everything we needed for cooking meals and clean up. We enjoyed canoeing, fishing and all of the wildlife entertainment. We highly recommend this property for couples and families!!!

everything about this place is what you want on a lakeside retreat. absolutely beautiful. only thing i wasn’t happy with was the yard had a bunch of twigs and branches. i raked them into piles around trees so my toddlers could play on the beautiful yard without getting stuck or tripping. it looked like i was the first renter of the season so they deserve the benefit of the doubt and it’s my only complaint about this stellar property.

Clean quiet location as advertised. Kayak was a fun toy. Distances to other cities, main shopping were accurate. You will need at least 15-20 minutes to get to a non lake destination. There are several convenience stores , and a Dollor General market closer for quick needs.

First let me say this is a great house on a quiet bay of the lake. We really enjoyed the provided paddle board, the screened-in porch, and the big back yard that is shaded by a few young trees. Despite the great potential of this place, it has some major faults. The most glaringly obvious problem was the mattresses. They are all pretty worn out and need replacement, but a select few need IMMEDIATE replacement. My elderly aunt “slept” on one of the twin beds and was so stiff and uncomfortable the next day she could barely walk, and she left a day early so she could sleep in her own bed. The other twin mattress is just as bad. While I know the beds are probably often used for kids, the price of replacing a worn out coil spring mattress with a comfortable foam mattress is so inexpensive and easy that there is really no excuse. Also one of the queen beds is outfitted on a super dated waterbed frame, and the old coil mattress that was put there barely clears the edge of the frame that is meant to hold the water bed. This makes getting in and out of the bed very difficult, especially for my elderly parents. Also there were no lamps in that room, just whatever ancient light fixture built into the waterbed frame (which of course didn’t work). The rest of the furnishings and decor are also quite dated, and while the couches are quite comfortable, they are really too big for the space. It is difficult to move around the living room with how crowded it is, which was a problem for us.

Hey Megan, thanks for the review! Mattresses are a pretty easy fix, we will get to working on that as soon as possible. Thanks for the feedback. In the future, we keep a number of mattress toppers in our inventory at the office. Just send a friendly message during your stay next time and we would be happy to bring that over. It's really not a big deal and we hate that your elderly parents weren't comfortable. We don't sleep on the beds so this is an item we usually rely on the owner or guests to give us a heads up on so again, thank you and we will get working on it!

This property is exactly what it says it is and beautifully situated right on the lake. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. It's perfect for kids, parents and grandparents. Kids loved the game room.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family enjoyed a restful getaway in this lovely home on Lake Murray. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and water sports equipment provided fun activities for our family (ages 18-60). Our host checked on us frequently, and it was a great value for our family. We highly recommend this getaway home!!

Great lake property

We had an amazing stay at this charming lake house on Lake Murray! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the Harley House where we were attending a wedding, yet it still provided a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The home had everything we needed, and the lake views were beautiful. Our daughter even got to cast her line for the first time, making it such a memorable trip! On the lake spectacular!!

Three adult couples and dog. Dog run was fantastic! Description was spot on! Such thought put in to listing, pics, property and amenities. Anything we reached for was there and that is saying sooo much in a kitchen! Everyone loved it and folks are asking me for the listing!!!!!! Definitely wanna go back!!

Nice weekend lake retreat

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with another family. (+4 teenage boys). We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock at the house. It was a lovely weekend with everything we needed. The house is just as described and the kids loved the stand up paddle board and video games. The host was quick to respond to our questions.

A little like vacation celebrating my dad turning 91

Check-in process was easy Scott and Lauren set up a room on the main floor just for my dad so he wouldn’t have to walk upstairs. The property is as Listed. If I had to say one thing that would have made it a better stay is the master bed mattress needs to be updated as well as the decor. Carpets should be removed due to pet friendly. But everything else was fantastic.

Outside Seating Absent

The house was clean but the outside seating and relaxation accommodations were absent! We wanted to relax outside and look at the water but no comfortable seating available whatsoever! The fire pit was so dirty and rusty! Grounds could have been manicured so much nicer! The living room was comfy and we ended up spending all of our time in that room! Would not recommend this house!

Hi Deb. This home did just go through a hurricane, so sorry the grounds weren't manicured better. We are actively working on each home to remove the fallen limbs and other damages/debris that hurricane Helene brought to our town. As for the lack of comfortable seating outside, we are taking your suggestion to the home owners. The firepit is new this year, but was left out during the hurricane. If it was not operable we do wish you would have said something, as we always ask if there's anything you need, during the stay, and this was not brought to our attention. So glad you found the inside of the home to be comfortable! This home offers guests plenty of space and is a short distance to Lexington, making it a great home to book when visiting family in the area, weddings, or other events in town!
