A tranquil and historically significant upstairs apartment, dating back to 1876, is available for your stay. The Apartment is located on 2nd floor just up the outside steps. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, offering complimentary parking on the premises. The apartment is just a few blocks away from an array of culinary delights, retail establishments, the picturesque Missouri River, and the captivating Isle of Capri Casino.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment (this includes vaping). There's a $500 fee for smoking plus replacement cost of any damaged furniture/ additional cleaning fees. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood please be respectful of noise after 10:00pm. Must be 21 to rent our property and the person renting the property must be one of the guests staying on the reservation No parties and/or loud gatherings that will disturb the neighbors. This is a family friendly neighborhood and we like to keep our community happy

Quiet weekend away

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to have a romantic weekend. The check in and check out process could not have been easier. Wanda went above and beyond to help make this a special weekend. Loved this rental and highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay here again if we are in that area.

Columbia football game !!

The property is Super cute !!! Extremely clean !! Very peaceful neighborhood and great host !!! We were visiting our daughter in Columbia and it was a home football weekend!! Hotels were sky high so we VRBO’d The drive wasn’t bad at all ! Boonville is a precious little town !! Eat at Maggie’s Bar and grill!!
