Discover The Grizzley Getaway, a brand-new (built 2024) bear-themed single-story duplex unit in the welcoming city of Polson, Montana – your ideal home base for adventures around Flathead Lake, Glacier National Park, and Big Sky Country.
Step inside this modern retreat and feel instantly at home with subtle bear decor adding rustic charm throughout. The bright, open-concept layout features a spacious living area perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends.

Living Area
Sink into the deep, plush couch (which doubles as a twin bed for extra sleeping) in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Stream movies, shows, or your favorite content on the Smart TV for perfect downtime after exploring the outdoors.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook family meals with ease in the generous kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, full cookware and utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide complimentary coffee pods and popcorn to make your stay welcoming and convenient.

Bedrooms & Sleeping (Comfortably sleeps up to 5, and a potential 6th with the convertible ottoman)

Lovely home with all the modern amenities. Loved being able to park in the garage. Mudroom is a great touch. The best feature is the two bedroom suites with their own full bath and large closet.

Great place, everything as described, the communication was wonderful and hosts were very responsive. This place worked perfectly for our stay for sports.

Absolutely perfect!

The property was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was perfectly set up. The rooms with their own bathrooms was so convenient. Having a garage was wonderful as well. Looking forward to returning!

The home is immaculate. Great open concept and plenty of room for everything. Close to town; you can be anywhere inside of 5 minutes. Very spacious. Even though we stayed while the other side was occupied, it was rare we heard anything from next door. Its a fantastic space. Likely one of the top 3 rentals we've ever done. The few things that were negatives were out of the property owner's control (road construction created a detour by the property, resulting in more traffic, and some neighbor's dogs were repeatedly off-leash and around the house).

Duplex was new and clean with all necessary towels and linens. I did contact mgr/owner regarding lack of safety issues. This was lack of safety bars in showers and mattresses had such soft edges you could not sit comfortably without feeling like you would fall. My brother fell out of bed during sleep and has had two doctor visits, because of the pain and bruising. The couch sat very low to the floor and the rocking chairs on the front porch had an extended rod on the front which made them difficult to get out of. The area is in a working class neighborhood and we had one issue with two large dogs that tried to attack, however they were quickly put back in their home. We were impressed with the beauty of the area.

Exclusive private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, including all living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and private garage. The locked mechanical room is the only off-limits area. For larger groups or families wanting more space, inquire about booking the adjacent "The Pack's Place" (wolf-themed unit) to have the full duplex (subject to availability – view host's other listings).
A front patio privacy divider is installed (close on windy days), and front door swings near the TV – please use caution when opening.
No smoking/vaping indoors. Quiet hours observed. Pets considered case-by-case (contact host first). Not suited for large parties or events. Self check-in via smart lock with clear instructions. Communicate through the platform; for emergencies, call 911.
