The Octagon, Waterfront Luxury Condo on Flathead Lake
Enjoy a two bedroom luxury condo on the shores of Flathead Lake. A living room with a panoramic view of the lake through sliding glass doors wrapping around the entire front of the condo. You will never get tired of the lake view. Bring your water toys or rent some nearby to experience the beautiful, clean water of Flathead Lake (3 boat rental locations within a mile).
The primary suite includes 2 queen beds, a futon and an en suite bath with a magnificent shower room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds in a bunk format. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bathrooms have nice tile and handicap handrails. The condo has two steps to get to the front door so it is not considered handicap accessible but there are no additional steps once you enter the home.
The dock is is intended for sunbathing and swimming and is not designed for attaching boats. The Day Use Only Dock may be used for the temporary purpose of loading and unloading passengers or items, any extended mooring of boats or other vessels is strictly prohibited and can lead to a fine.
The dock, waterfront, grass and concrete area in front of the condo is shared with the entire complex. Please be respectful of the shared space by not leaving unattended items, such as chairs or water toys. Please keep personal water toys on the deck of condo #10 and tie items down if it is windy.
If you have a boat, there are two boat access points a mile away. If you need help parking a boat and trailer overnight, I have an empty lot one mile away.
Parking at the condo is limited to two end-to-end spaces labeled #10. Please do not park in any spaces that have a different number. There are some additional unlabeled parking spaces that might be available, 2 at the rock wall and 4 up by the highway.
Smoking of any product is not allowed within 100 feet of any buildings, decks, common areas, and dock. So basically no smoking on the premises.
If the HOA issues fines for smoking, parking violations, misuse of the dock or a noise violation then these fees will be passed onto the renter upon checkout.
Downtown Polson is only one mile away. Major airports are 60 miles away, Kalispell to the north and Missoula to the south. Glacier National Park is 1.5 hours away.
There is WiFi, a smart TV with Roku, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, essentials tools for everyday cooking, and all bed and bath linens are provided.
