Welcome to the Captain Ron's party house!!!

This home is set up with some fun and entertainment!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 4,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax or if you're looking to create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will love the updated house look and cozy feel: Ice machine, Multiple Refrigerators, 2 kitchens, bar area downstairs. The view from the back of the home is a great hangout the entire time you're there! Deck seating and eating areas on both levels offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water.
House includes 30' and 40' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, 9 total TVs, blu-ray DVD player, SONOS sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, bar, beverage refrigerator, ice machine.
Gas grill for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance, even a short walk gets you to 2 of them. Bars include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Chic's N Dix country bar, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, The Cave, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat rentals, we have several 26' Bennington "M Series" Tri-toons with a 250 engine. Comes delivered to the house.

We loved Captain Ron’s party house, the pictures online really do not do it justice, in person it is even more beautiful!We loved the pool and outdoor space, it is done so nicely, so fun to be right on the lake. The game room is really awesome, there was only four adults staying with us but even the adults enjoyed the games. We can not wait to bring the whole family down to the lake and enjoy this great home. If you need a place to stay in Sunrise beach do not hesitate to rent this wonderful property you will not be sorry!

This is a fabulous property whether you are going to party with a large group or to hide away and spoil yourself. The amenities like the private pool, the game room, the amazing sound system , the outside deck and lakeside dock are all set up with everything you and your group might need. Check in and out are smooth and the host is available and accommodating during your stay. Restaurants are close by, but over 4 days we only left the house one time. There was truly no need to go anywhere else. We could easily make this house our annual go-to spot at the lake. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying at this house. Great location and plenty to do! Close to the grocery store and the boat ramp. Will most likely be back again!

We had a fantastic four night stay at this beautiful lakefront home. The place was exceptionally clean, both kitchens had everything we needed to cook meals although we enjoyed eating out too, and the host communicated check-in instructions clearly. He was great to work with. He got back to me right away to answer my questions. We loved being just a short drive from local marinas and waterfront dining. Highly recommend for a peaceful lake getaway! It was a last minute getaway for two but I would love to bring our entire family of ten in the future. The temperatures were in the 90s each day but the pool kept us cool. We really hated to leave. Thank you, Anthony, for everything!

Best Mini Family vacation close to our home. Host got back to us right away. Only one small problem. Our family joyed all off the amenities inside and outside. Kitchen had everything you needed. Game room and pool was awesome!! The main bedroom was Beautiful but had steps to get to the 2nd floor. No steps to get to the dock. We loved that.We plan on going back!!!!

We had such an awesome time staying at this property with family and friends. The house was spacious and had tons of stuff to do. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were really comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and very welcoming. The games room(s) were a huge hit with everyone, providing variety and tons of fun for all ages. The deck, dock and pool were all amazing. The deck views of the water were stunning. The private dock (with kayaks, paddle board, rope swing etc.) provided additional fun on the lake. And the pool made it all perfect. Our host was great with communication - which was quick, smooth, and friendly from start to finish. Honestly, this place is so AWESOME - it provided everything needed for a great weekend. We will definitely look to stay again!
