Welcome to Cookie’s Corner! Enjoy a peaceful stay at this Oceanfront, end unit, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo in Myrtle Beach. This unit is on the end and on the first floor which makes sitting on the balcony or in the living room feel like being right on the beach. The condo features 1 queen bed and 2 full beds—along with a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space. Guests can take advantage of the fitness room, washing machine in unit, AC, WiFi, and other convenient amenities during their stay. Owner has beach chairs and cooler that are available for renters to use. Coffee and washing detergent also supplied for guests. There’s also a Keurig if you’d like to bring your favorites K cups or pods. ******************************** Sands Beach Resort is on wonderful Shore Drive in the Arcadia Shores section of Myrtle Beach. Sands Beach is at the end of Shore Drive, and has a Swash that basically gives you a private beach feel. This unit is on the end and has a wonderful view from all the side windows as well as the balcony. The indoor/outdoor pool, tennis court, basket ball court, pickle ball court, food truck, covered parking, and the Let’s Get Twisted Restaurant and Bar are all just a few steps from your front door. This resort backs up to Dunes Gold Course. It is also within a very short walking distance to Ocean Annie’s Karaoke Bar, River City Cafe, & Apache Pier.

Immaculate condo in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is bright and welcoming and Michelle answered all my questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was awesome. Right on the beach, close to great restaurants, and fun adventures for all ages of kids. Beach amenities were excellent-beach chair and umbrella rental.

Wonderful week in a great location

Absolutely fabulous week in Myrtle Beach anchored but our stay at this awesome condo! Communication with the owner was easy and she had thought of all the little touches that made the stay complete. The condo was perfect for four adults without anyone being cramped for space. The location, besides being on the beach, made getting to all of our activities easy, even with the holiday traffic, and kept us out of the tourilst hubbub.

Great Condo and Responsive Host

We enjoyed our week in this lovely condo. The view was amazing! We found the condo to be very clean and had everything we needed. Michelle (host) checked in with us to be sure we were happy and everything was going well. When I had questions (before and during our stay) she was quick to respond and very helpful! It was easy to access the beach and my family enjoyed the pickleball courts. Several restaurants are within walking distance, as well. We had a great vacation!

Great property and amazing condo unit!

Michelle was wonderful to work with and she answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. The unit was exactly as discribed and pictures of the unit are accurate. Building itself was kept clean and well attended to.. Onsite indoor pool and hot tub were well taken care of, and warm.. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! tub were

Best Beach Views and Convenient

Nothing better than walking 1 flight of stairs (or elevator) and you are at the beach. Unit was clean and well decorated. Beach chairs and umbrella were furnished which made it convenient since we flew in. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen was furnished with all cooking utensils needed. Will hopefully stay again in the future. Michelle was great to work with.

Perfect location, clean condo on the beach

First floor condo was convenient considering tropical storm Debby rolled in and the elevators were parked on the 4th floor so we only had to get our stuff down one flight of stairs when we left. The kids loved the pool. Everything was clean. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Extra pillows, one sheet and one blanket were provided for the pull-out bed. The WiFi was hit or miss so we ended up using the hot spot on our phones to connect to the internet. There were only 6 towels, 2-3 hand towels, and 2-3 washclothes for 8 people so we had to do lots of laundry during our stay. There was no mop so I purchased one to clean the floor during our stay. We were traveling with a 1-year-old who was in a walker and the floor needed to be kept clean. The sliding patio doors were difficult to open due to the flush mounted handles and the wind. Host was very responsive to messages throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Sands Beach Club is on the peace end of Shore Drive, yet only a short 5 minute beach stroll away from the party end of Shore Drive.
