Lindell Boulevard is one of the most iconic streets in St. Louis, known for its historic mansions, beautiful tree-lined sidewalks, and vibrant cultural scene. The apartment is spacious with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, a cozy dining area with a table and chairs, and a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space.
This apartment is located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby.
Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property (10-15 minute walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday)
1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
2. No smoking inside the home. No smoking Marijuana Anywhere on our property including front porch and fenced back yard. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout.
3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
5. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with a Govt Issued ID and valid CC/ Debit card for incidentals Damage Deposit of $150.00
6. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK
7. Check-in will take place at our sister property, The West End Hotel, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd. St Louis, Mo 63108.
Pet Rules 1. There is a $15 pet fee per pet per night. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $250 per pet per month. 2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation 3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas. 4. Pets must be kept of leash at all times including our fenced back yard.
