The unit is very clean and big. Jeff is very responsive. Great place to stay. If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs noise may bother you.

Overall experience was really good. Great AC during the hot summer days/nights.Suggestions: check Shower Hot/Cold was flipped.Tenants upstairs are loud especially after 11pm at night. You can hear every foot step and chair moved.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and the service I received. House was very clean, in a nice neighborhood and close to all the places I wanted to visit while there. I was a little skeptical due to other reviews noting disturbances with the up stairs neighbors and the washer and drawer but I didn’t experience anything like that. Very quiet and pleasant. Only hiccup I encountered was one of the TVs not connecting to WiFi, I was able to fix it on my own eventually but the host was very prompt, helpful, and offered to send maint to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Neighborhood

Communication was good, apartment was clean, neighborhood not the best. Trash all over the front entrance of the property, neighbors are loud, utilization of community washer and dryer apparently has no time limits and are located directly below apartment. Doors slamming and people talking and carrying on all hours of the night. Had to consult management multiple times about room smelling like smoke coming from laundry area when property was listed as smoke free. Advise not staying here if you plan on having early mornings.

In general the apartment was clean and convenient, we mostly use it to sleep, the weekend we stayed we were out exploring the city… the only issue it’s the upstairs neighbors started to make a lot of noice like walking really loud and moving furniture… the first night wasn’t so bad they started making noice like around 6am but the next night was like around 3:30 am and it last for a while … so if you are light sleepers like me I won’t recommend it… my son and my partner that were with me didn’t hear anything
