Welcome to our one-bed, one-bath condo located in Nashville, less than a mile from Broadway in the shadow of the State Capitol. Conveniently located, you’ll be a 15-minute walk to Broadway, TPAC, Farmer`s Market, Titans & Sounds Stadium, Bridgestone, The Gulch, Music Row, The Ryman, Municipal Auditorium, Germantown, and Capitol Hill.



Pet friendly. Restrictions apply.



A mix of government employees, full-time residents, and traveling professionals. It is a friendly complex.



1 month minimum. Must agree to all HOA bylaws.



This fully furnished condo is perfect for traveling medical/business professionals or small families/couples who want to experience what Nashville offers. All utilities are included. Covered garage parking (for cars and CUVs only) and street parking for trucks included; you must register the car with the front office. Pets are welcome; you must complete a pet form with the requirements. A lease agreement is required.

If you lose your keys or key fobs, there is a $100 fee to replace them. Must pick up key fob and spare door key from the front desk prior to 4 PM.



✔︎ A $500 hold will be placed on your account as a security deposit. If no damages occur, the hold will be released, and the funds will be refunded 7 days after checkout.



✔︎ Access to mailbox.



✔︎ Laundry room on site for addition fee (coin or electronic payment).



✔︎ We are not local, but we monitor our phones as much as possible. We check our phones regularly throughout the day to ensure a quick response.

Capitol Towers is an old, outdated building with few amenities. It is not a pretty building and many would call it an eyesore. These are the negatives.



The positives are that it is quiet, safe, and convenient to all of Nashville. Tenants are either full-time residents or professionals. Secure building. There is a 30-day rental minimum, so this attracts a professional clientele.



Walk. Bike. Scooter. Uber. Lyft. Taxi. Drive.



✔︎ Building quiet hours are 8 PM - 8 AM

✔︎ Trash chute used only between 7 AM - 10 PM, per the HOA. All items must be securely wrapped and sealed in bag before placing in the chute. For large boxes, you will have to use the dumpster located in B1 Garage. Boxes must be broken down, per the HOA. Key fob is required to reenter the building from B1.



✔︎ Must sign basic lease agreement.

✔︎ Must provide background check.

✔︎ Must provide renter`s insurance.

✔︎ Must provide vehicle info for parking (if applicable).



Capitol Towers requires the above items to stay on the property.



✔︎ If bringing a pet (dogs and cats allowed), must be 30 pounds and under. Must have vaccination records and other requirements by Capitol Towers HOA. There is a one time $250 pet fee; damages that exceed $250 will be the responsibility of the guest.

Bryan and Heather were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, quick, and thoughtful, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Their space is absolutely lovely—comfortable, clean, and welcoming in every way. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here

Capitol Towers review

Owners were very easy to deal with and very responsive. Overall, this is a very solid place to stay given the location (10 minute walk to Broadway - a couple of minutes to Germantown) and bus accessibility. As the owners say in the description, the building is showing its age but the apartment itself has all the necessities which was great for a three month stay! It would also be great if there was an entry that wasn’t just FOB-based. Forgetting it is tough! But that has nothing to do with apartment owners.
