Welcome to Nashville! This newly remodeled, chic riverfront condo is in the perfect location! It sleeps 4, with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the fully stocked designer kitchen and have coffee, dinner or drinks on the balcony with river views. Free parking is included, and you'll have access to a pool, workout facility, laundry, fire pit, and grills. Conveniently located < 1 mile from Broadway and Titans Stadium, and a short walk to Sounds Stadium, breweries, restaurants, and parks.

Guests have access to the entire condo, the pool, fitness center, laundry center, fire pit, and outdoor grilling and dining area.
Must be 21 to book!

Beautiful spot on the river and close to downtown with lots of covered parking. The condo is super cute and the host was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This was perfect for 3 of us for a weekend in Nashville! Easy walk to Broadway and other options for food/drinks close by. Also great if in town for a Nashville Sounds game.

Overall a nice place. Matches the description and pictures well. Only downsides were the walls are thin so it’s easy to hear everything going on outside, the construction zone across the street, and neighbors. Also wish there was filtered water available.

We were in town for an event but live within 30 mins of the area but wanted to make a weekend out of it. We enjoyed the location being able to walk to various locations for food and drink. Ubers were quick and cheap to downtown.

We have stayed many places over the years. This was among the top three of the cleanest and most comfortable. What you see in the listing is what you get when you walk through the door. It’s hard to find clean places and it was refreshing to walk into this one!! Thank you for the awesome stay Kellie!

We had a quick but wonderful 24 hours in Nashville, coming into town to see a show at the Brooklyn Bowl. This property was the perfect location for our visit. Easy walking distance to the venue and to a number of bars and restaurants. We ate lunch at the Germantown Cafe, had a drink at Von Elrod's on the patio, and saw the show. Quick brunch in The Gulch the next day and we were on our way. The condo was cozy, quiet, and comfortable with a great view of the Cumberland River and a perfect place to relax. The host was responsive, flexible, and provided an outstanding host experience. Free covered parking was perfect, and the condo was spotless. We would definitely stay there again.
