Enjoy a cozy beach getaway at Villa Don’t Blink. It’s nestled in the canals of Cape Coral with direct access to the Gulf. Perfect for boaters of all sorts.

This charming 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is styled to give that peaceful and refined setting while offering those tropical views. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for an extended stay. Two of the three bedrooms lead right to the lanai area so you can awake to the beautiful views of the pool and foliage and sounds of the local nature. Every room is carefully styled and has top-quality linen and smart TVs.

After a day at the beach or boating, you can relax and unwind in the lanai area with your private pool and plenty of chaise lounges. Take advantage of the gas grill and have a backyard barbecue while the crew swims and lounges poolside.

You can park your boat at your own boat dock that's part of the property. The boat lift is available for guests that have rented a boat from our partner FloridaPerfectionBoats.

Enjoy the stunning surrounding vibrant culture Cape Coral has to offer.

All guests need to sign a rental agreement from Vacation Rentals Cape Coral prior to arrival. This is important, so please keep an eye on your email.
To keep nightly rates low and minimize wear & tear on our equipment, we charge $0.19 per kWh for energy consumption, this averages about 500 kWh/week.
We happily provide a few essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & dish-tabs to get you through the first couple of days.

We had a lovely time at Villa Don't Blink. The house was very clean and met the description well. I stayed with my three sons, ages 18-21. We got a boat to keep at the dock for the time we were there which was wonderful. The pool, dock and everything were perfect. My only two comments are that there was a very limited amount of kitchen dishes/pots/pans/etc. I would encourage the owners to get a few more larger pots and pans given the number of guests the house can accommodate. And while the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there is nothing quite walkable in the area, so we had to drive for every meal. That said, there were several nice restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

House was great

Check in/out process was in person which was different. Electricity was separate which was weird. House was clean, pool was clean, heater screen was broke but luckily the pool maintenance person stopped by and was able to get it turned down for us.
