House Rules

Minimum Age

* The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.

No Parties or Events

* Parties, events, tailgating, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours

* Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

No Smoking

* Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. A minimum $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

No Pets

* Pets are not allowed.

Damage

* Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any accidental damage immediately.

Security Cameras

* Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest and property safety. Cameras do not monitor any interior living spaces.

Check-In/Check-Out

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Late check-out without approval may result in additional charges.

Furniture & Décor

* Please do not move furniture or remove items from the home.

Cleaning

* Please leave the property in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.

Lost Items

* We are not responsible for items left behind. We will make every effort to return found items at the guest’s expense.

Game Days!!

* No tailgate parties or pre-game gatherings at the property.
* No loud outdoor music or amplified sound.
* Maximum occupancy will be strictly enforced during game weekends.
* Unauthorized guests or parties may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
