We loved this place!! (So much that we literally started looking and bought a Florida house before we left!!) The indoor-outdoor lifestyle with the receding slider doors, the overhang seating area under the lanai—incredible! The house, pool, spa, and lanai are all beautiful. I set up for virtual work in the office and my spouse used the desk in the “kid” bdrm. The furniture is higher quality than you usually see in vrbo, and the art is authentic and lovely. Very clean, and lots of luxuries—robes provided, laundry baskets, suitcase stands, good pool toys, both keurig AND coffee pot, and plenty of towels. The living room area is especially nice, with a huge comfortable leather sectional. The master bath is extraordinary—tons of vanity space and a great bathtub. Also, the electric bill was incredibly reasonable. We paid out of pocket 125 for our 18 night stay, after using the spa almost every night. Our other Florida vrbo charged a flat rate of 20/day for pool heat, in the same month. We loved it here and would absolutely return (except we just bought our own)!

Property was very nice, clean and new. Had everything you needed to make meals, hang at the pool or go to the beach. We like to go to surrounding beaches and restaurants and it was a nice accessible central location. Publix and Target are very close by. Our host was great and responded quickly letting us know there was even a printer for a last-minute ACT test entry certificate printing for our daughter! Thank you for a fun stay!

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked and the pool was a nice addition. Kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a nice meal and the primary en-suite is gorgeous. The owners paid attention to detail when building the custom home. The pool/ spa is heated via electric heat pump so it will not work as well in colder temps and takes longer to heat. Communication was great but was a bit taken back by the listing stating “no hidden fees” I offered to pay extra to heat the pool to my daughter’s liking. Upon booking I was sent a document stating you get 25 dollars worth of electric and then you are billed .15 cents a kWh to be paid by cash to the property manager at checkout. Cash payments are frowned upon by VRBO. I received a text message at check in demanding we be at checkout with cash if we go over. This was the only negative part of the experience. Bill me through VRBO and communicate these fees BEFORE booking and have a way to properly document the meter usage if this is your policy. It would not stop of from staying again but did leave a sour note the way the process was handled.

Perfect spot

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home that was perfect for our family to get away from the cold Wisconsin winter for a bit. We stayed with our 2 and 4 year old children and we all loved that the pool had a small platform they could stand in the water up and play or jump in and swim around. There was a park about two blocks away that we went to almost every day.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and Reema acquired a pack-n-play and high chair when I inquired about them. Sabine, the property manager, was kind and responsive via text message when we let her know we arrived, which was earlier than the 4pm check-in time. Again, very accommodating and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay.
