Great house and well stocked with paper products, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. Great having the pool right there. Got our exercise with 3 floors and a short walk to the beach. Publix across the street was super convenient. Thought construction noise right out one side of the house and the street noise might bother us but was quiet at night. Enjoyed our stay!

This house was a perfect getaway. Very clean with tons of space and lots of extras our kids enjoyed. Beach was very accessible and pool was great. Our two little ones loved the kid pool and our oldest loved the hot tub. We really enjoyed our weekend. The host was very thorough in the instructions.

Had a family gathering and the house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms and space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub was relaxing and the pool was great also. Easy walk to the beach. House was also clean and the location was great! Would stay there again!

It was a very good stay. I stayed with five other guys and we had plenty of room. Everybody was very happy with the place and location is great just skipping a jump from the beach. It just worked out perfectly. The pool was nice too. Didn’t have time to check out the hot tub.

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our large family. The pool and hot tub was a plus but the walking distance to the beach made it amazing! House was clean and ready for us.

Girls getaway

Beautifully laid out for a group. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Easy beach walk, no problem getting Ubers. Would stay again.

This place was perfect … multiple families were in town for graduation… the location was convenient, close to beach, close to shops. Plenty of options (beach, pool, hot tub, board games, video games, foosball, ping pong) to keep everyone happy. The place was very clean, and plenty of supplies for the week. Make sure you bring beach equipment if there is more than two people. Maintenance was quick to respond for a minor issue. A rating.

The kitchen was well equipped which was great. We weren’t very keen on sharing the pool. We had kids and there were some less than friendly adults who sat out there and stared at us all the time. It was a bit uncomfortable. The location was phenomenal! We walked to get coffee, lunch and the Publix every day. Very easy access to the beach as well.

We are so pleased you enjoyed the phenomenal location and found the kitchen well-equipped for your stay. Also glad to hear you were able to take full advantage of being within walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and Publix. Regarding the pool area, as noted in our property description when you booked, the pool is a shared amenity between three homes. Since your stay occurred during the peak of Spring Break, the area was much busier than usual. While many of our guests during other times of the year report having the pool entirely to themselves, the holiday season naturally brings more activity to the communal spaces. We aim for all our guests to feel comfortable and welcome, and we hope the convenience of the home and its surroundings made for an enjoyable trip overall.

Beautiful home! It was clean and well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked every meal. The walk to the beach was direct and easy. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and well managed. There was construction happening on one the lot to the side of the house. It was very quiet and we could not hear anything inside. My kids enjoyed watching the scene everyday so ended up being a huge plus.

The host made every aspect of our stay so easy. Super responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculate and well equipped on each level. Centrally located to great dining and shopping and beach access. The pool was perfect and a hit with the kids. The beach was just steps away (like 110 steps) and the views from the porch were beautiful from sun up to sun down. Book now….you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

We had two families stay here for spring break - 6 kids ages 5-9. Everyone loved it. Access to pool, beach, and hot tub provided for a great rotation. A walk across the street for groceries and some decent dining destinations also within walking distance. And a short ride into downtown Saint Augustine. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the endless games of pac man and ping pong added to the fun. Property manager was great, as were the surrounding property owners that were part of a small HOA. The pool is shared but we never had anyone else using it at the same time as us, and even if we did, there’s plenty of space and furniture to share. There is currently some construction ongoing on the side of the house opposite the pool, but that was not disruptive and will presumably be done in the near future.

Lovely home for our large family gathering! The house had really great accommodations for our group and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and having beach towels provided for our use. We enjoyed the pool everyday and loved having the shallow kiddie pool for the littles. We were a little worried about having to share it with others staying in nearby homes but the few times we did we made fast friends! The private walk to the beach is easy and well maintained. The home did present a few mechanical challenges but the maintenance manager was very responsive and helped facilitate repairs quickly. We made a few suggestions of some things that need general maintenance attention but overall we loved the house and the location! There’s a Publix right across the street and the home has great parking for at least 5 vehicles.

The house was well equipped with necessities. Kids loved the pool and easy walk to the beach. Having Publix and a great seafood restaurant across the street was a great bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will rebook here again.
