This is a one of a kind beach front property on Cape Cod Bay. Nestled in the dunes with unobstructed views and unparalleled sunsets. Private beach. Short walk to Gina's and Chapin's restaurants. Open floor plan. Multiple viewing decks. The house has an upside down floor plan with lower level area tv/game room with additional Murphy bed and pull out sofa. There are 2 Bedrooms on the upper level which is at the beach level. The interior has a coastal feeling decor. There is Screened in porch. Gas fireplace. Short walk to Mayflower and Bay view beaches. Park the car and never have to leave! This is the ideal Cape Cod Beach house!

What a great location! This is nestled in between the two beach beaches in my opinion. You have your own private beach and this is paradise!

Excellent vacation

We are repeat renters to this property. It is an excellent place to stay which is clean with all amenities. The owner Chick was very friendly and easily accessible. The weather was great during our stay, and spending time on the beach with the opening of the back door was amazing as always. We will definitely revisit this place in the future.

Stellar beach location, but property needs attention.

The beach at this property is ideal, but the rental management was not good. Communications were sparse, the property was dirty on arrival, blankets didn't fit beds, furniture didn't fit rooms (photos online don't reflect current contents), and fixtures (including locks) were essential unusable from disrepair. The fireplace did not function when we arrived, but the owner did send someone to repair it quickly. We didn't push the other issues as we were only there for a few days and didn't want to spend it raising complaints and having people come by to fix things, but I was very surprised given previous reviews. The owner was considering refunding the cleaning fee in our last communication, though have ot heard back on that point yet. I didn't raise the cleanliness and other issues until after we left, so whatever his response ends up being will be fair in my view--though it doesn't change the overall condition of the house that necessitated the request. Overall, it seems like a great property that isn't being cared-for properly.

Fabulous week at Mayflower Beach!

We splurged and rented this property for our family of four. Every day we enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch, and watched the sunset/starry sky from upper deck after putting the kids to bed. It was exactly what we were seeking for our vacation and hope to return in the future. This location is FANTASTIC. Walking off the lower deck to the sands of Mayflower Beach is hard to beat. The house was clean and comfortable. Good water pressure (outside and inside showers). Nice grill. Timely and friendly communication with the property manager. Kid friendly (4 and 6 year old) with lots of game/toy options. I liked that the bedroom with the king bed and the bedroom with two twin beds were on the same floor. We enforced that the spiral staircase to the upper deck was off-limits, and that could be an issue with younger kiddos but worked out fine for us. The house could easily accommodate multiple families/children using the bunk bed room on the first level. Highly recommend this rental. We had a fabulous week at Mayflower Beach!

Whole family loved it. Great location. The beach was perfect for skimboarding. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants. Definitely coming back.

Great Beach House!

It was the perfect beach house. Great place to stay as there are grocery stores just a short drive away. The house was clean and the beach was right out your door. plenty of rooms with views to just relax. The only down fall was that there was no mention to have to bring your own linens and bath towels. Besides the this is a great place to just go and hang out and relax. Also Gina's By The Sea is a great place for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with all we needed and the location couldn’t be beat. Plenty of porches to enjoy the bay views. We would certainly return.

Location perfection

The location of this home is perfection, private beach right outside the back door, stunning views, balcony perfect for star gazing, sunsets and morning coffee. The house felt bigger in person than it appears in pictures as there are high ceilings throughout. The house had pretty much everything we needed (kitchen had more pans, plates/glasses, utensils and gadgets than we have at home). There is no air conditioning but there are fans in each room and good air flow on the main level when the doors and windows are all open. Walking distance to two nice restaurants. We rented during the 2020 pandemic so we stayed on the beach in the back of the house where we had all the space and privacy we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

Our family couldn’t have been happier in this excellent property. The location was amazing. We felt completely secluded from everyone and still had complete access to two restaurants within .4 miles from the property. The views of the bay we awesome and the Josie had a second floor porch with exceptional views of the sunset. First time to Cape Cod, but would certainly stay a second time at this property. Owner was also very flexible and easy to access!

Truly the Best Cape Cod Experience!!!

This home is truly exceptional and it's beach front location makes for a perfect Cape Cod experience!! The great room located on the first floor with it's adjacent three quarter bath is a great landing pad for kids after a day at the homes private beach only steps from the rear patio. The main level offers two additional baths, open living space with a kitchen island, dining area and living area. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gas fireplace in the living area is perfect for those end of season evenings when the air starts to get chilly. The upper deck is an amazing space overlooking the bay where you can see the best sunsets on Cape Cod - bring your camera!! A screened in deck located off the living area is a perfect retreat for catching up on that summer reading list. The home is a short walk from two of the areas best known restaurants which we frequent often when we stay. We have recommended this home to friends and associates. The owner is local and nearby if there is an issue. We have stayed in this home for several years for multiple weeks each season and highly recommend it - truly the Best Cape Cod Experience!
