Tipsy Turtle is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that punches well above its weight for location. The 1,800-square-foot split-floor layout gives six guests real room to spread out — a primary suite on one side, two guest bedrooms and a shared bath on the other, and a comfortable family room and fully stocked kitchen in between. The kitchen comes loaded with dual coffee makers, an air fryer, blender, and everything you need for a proper home-cooked meal. Out back, the shared heated pool and private lanai space with gas grill and outdoor dining area is where the day ends — a cold drink, a warm pool, and nothing on the schedule. Step outside and downtown Bonita Springs is practically at your door. Sugarshack Downtown — the region's best outdoor live music venue — is less than a mile away, with something happening almost every night.
