I can say that this project property was pretty cozy. The only issue was the A/C seemed like it was working completely. Outside of that we had a great time!!

Check in was easy and everything was as depicted in the listing. The house is older, but the updates are nice and made for an enjoyable stay. We had 6 adults and 1 child and everyone was comfortable. On the West side of town, but we all felt safe and the neighbors were friendly.

The host was unresponsive and/or very slow to provide information. The property had a spider infestation that resulted in us leaving to go to a hotel. I brought this to the host's attention and have not received a reply. I would not recommend this property for your visit.

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family gathering. My mom, my sister and her family, and I all felt right at home. The location was convenient, and the space made it easy for us to enjoy quality time together. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The home had a serious spider infestation. In addition, the air conditioning was not working, making the home uncomfortably hot and ultimately unusable for us.We also experienced very slow communication and responses from the host when we reported these issues. Because the property was not in a condition where we felt comfortable staying, we had to leave and pay for a hotel instead. The combination of the excessive heat, pest infestation, and delayed communication made this a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would expect a rental property to be clean, safe, comfortable, and properly maintained before guests arrive.

Overall it was a nice. Little bit older of a property but you can tell the owners did what they could to make updates. though it’s not in the best area we never felt unsafe and proximity to downtown is nice. The issues we had was a strong smell of smoke (cigarette and weed combo)when we walked in and throughout the stay kind of gotten use to it and spent most our visit outside the home anyway. It was very overpowering initially though. We had some towels that seemed to not be cleaned well (had hair on them) but we just rewashed them we had also found out at this time there were still linens in the dryer.
