This is a very lovely property in a architecturally significant building with landmark status in New York City. The location was very good for access to many tourist attractions. Midtown is well connected to Grand Central, Broadway, Times Square, Bryant Park, and Rockefeller Plaza. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen, well equipped the only thing that would improve the experience would be to have a "house book" that would explain how to use the shower controls. It was 100 and we really appreciated the air conditioning in the unit.

This unit was looked beautiful on the listing but ultimately was a nightmare irl. I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and there was no hot water and the place has a roach infestation.When I tried to contact VRBO for a resolution they wouldn't give me a refund without "proof" but how do I show proof of cold water and roaches when I was so terrified I killed them immediately? Terrible service, do not waste your time.

It was a great location and very clean. There were quite a few things that were broken though. The sleeper sofa's both needed to be fixed since the legs were broken and they were wobbly. The main shade in the place was broken, so it did not roll down. Thankfully it was not sunny super early in the morning since it goes right into the living space where the kids were sleeping.

Exceptional apartment in an excellent location. Spacious and updated, it's a perfect place to relax between activities, spend time before your night out, and come back for a night cap with a view of the city. Host was very communicative and even allowed for early check in with us coming from out of town. Very amenable and friendly, will absolutely be staying here again!

The penthouse was really lovely! I booked the space for a small group of friends to have a place to hang out and spend an extra night in the city after a work conference.
