The Space:

The living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace under high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, full cookware, and a large island with barstool seating. The dining table seats 6 guests. The garage has been converted into a tiki bar for entertaining. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and TV. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the common areas. The outdoor space includes a pool, spa, gas firepit, shaded dining table, and multiple lounge chairs with mountain views. Washer and dryer are in-unit. WiFi and streaming services are available. Parking for 3 vehicles. One dog welcome with fee.

☀️ Summer days are made for poolside lounging and evening dips under the stars.

Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella are both within day trip range.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away. Downtown Palm Springs is less than 10 minutes by car. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a 25-minute drive. Joshua Tree National Park is about 45 minutes east via CA-62.

This was perfect for our family. There’s a lot of detail to the amenities, ensuring there’s enough umbrellas and sun sails that you could be outside for extended periods of time, the rooms were clean and cozy, plenty of mugs, dishes, cups, etc, even a wine fridge if you wanted to bring wine and enjoy it. The shipwreck room is quirky perk we loved. We have young kids, so being a short walk from a giant playground makes the location awesome.

It was exactly as described in the listing and we had a wonderful stay.We noticed immediately how much time and effort had been put into making this a really fun home.The art was amazing, the books were so beautiful and helpful -what a beautifully curated collection of all things MCM without being to kitschy.Very well equipped kitchen, amazing beds, pillows and linens too. Air conditioning worked well, great WiFi and streaming options. Tiki Lounge was a great place to wind down after bizzy touristy things along with the nice pool and hot tub.Check in/out was easy, concise and not onerous by any means.Will definitely stay here again

The house is adorable and we love the decor! It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. There was everything that we needed to have a great time. We had perfect pool weather and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is in a nice location and easy to get to. The beds are comfortable with TVs in each bedroom.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 5 people for Stagecoach and had the best time! House is clean and spacious with plenty of room for all of us. Our favorite part was the pool/spa which was used each day and night after the festival. We did nearly run out of toilet paper by the last day, but other than that the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also ample parking as we were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway and also park in the street when necessary. House was a quick Uber to the Palm Springs Convention Center shuttle stop. Check in and check out were easy and the hosts responded in a timely manner and were able to accommodate our requests and answer our questions.

This place is a bargain, so don't miss out! It's conveniently located close to the airport and all the fun PS destinations, and the clean, mid-century modern decor is so thoughtfully done. Great views of sunrise, sunset, trees, and mountains, all from the pool! I stayed here for a girls' weekend, but with the three bedrooms, it'd be great for families or other types of trips, too.
