Very quaint!

The house is a remodel and done very well. The location of home was not what I expected, but close to downtown . I don’t expect a manicured lawn, but could use improvement. Property manager did respond quickly to my emails and very willing to solve any issues that I had.

Conference stay

Excellent property and I loved all of the touches. Cotton balls, tampons, and q-tips were such an unexpected but wonderful addition. I have not stayed in hotels for almost a decade so I’m a seasoned Alternative lodger. I hate none keypad entry. The lockbox is fine but I struggle with nails and it’s cumbersome in the dark. The yard isn’t completely fenced so there is a need to watch any pets as it is off a regularly traveled neighborhood street. The neighborhood was fine and no issues or concerns during our stay. There was a bottle warmer that I just thought was such a cute addition along with a cafe bar with flavorings and sweeteners. I would book again in a heartbeat

Lovely house close to university, shopping, everything….

This house was just what we needed for a weekend getaway in Murfreesboro! House has been updated and decorated very tastefully. The beds were super comfortable. There is also an adorable “nursery” with baby bed and toys! The kitchen was well stocked, however if you prefer large glasses you might want to take your own or pick up some throw away ones. The hall ball is wheelchair accessible but my ONLY negative (not really negative, just a warning) is the shower floor is very slippery when wet. Perhaps a mat would be nice to prevent others from slipping? There are very nice, sturdy bars in both showers! The decorations were very tasteful, minimum, yet welcoming! The bathrooms even had body wash, cottonballs, q tips and feminine products. Very thoughtful. I believe any family, group, or single traveler would be happy in this property. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Nice and clean, close to MTSU

We enjoyed our stay. Owner came right over to assist with door keys (accidentally behind a locked storm door) and got a microwave delivered for us. Home was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks Michaela!

Perfect for Weekend Trip

In January 2023, we moved as a family from Germany to Murfreesboro. So, we are originally Germans. Near the big Airbase Ramstein/Landstuhl, we still have 2 houses, which we also rent out.
