We loved the nostalgia of this home. The games were a lot of fun! It is the perfect location for parents visiting their kids at MTSU.

Cozy Spot, Great Hosts!

Comfortable home in a great spot in Murfreesboro. Great hosts who communicate frequently and respond quickly to any questions. Overall a very good stay and experience!

Nice, fun and quiet rental

Great place to stay for the soccer tournament we were in town for. Host was excellent the entire time. Definitely recommend staying here.

Softball games

We was in town to see our granddaughter play softball and chose this place to stay and I could t have ask for a better time or a better spot it was the best time and was a great location to everything we went and done

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenient location near MTSU. My family also really enjoyed the video games. Also, the host is wonderful. We stayed at another one of their properties on our last visit to the area and it was an easy decision to book with them again!

Quiet and comfortable

The property was clean and really neat. We enjoyed some of the little extras that were provided (old school arcade games). The home was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was a great weekend get a way. I would highly recommend this home.

Don’t stay here in winter months

Heat was not working. Had to reset the breaker in order for the heat to become functional. Came into the home and the place was cold upon arrival. Thermostat was set to 80 degrees but temperatures in the home never went above 65 degrees. Host still insists that the heat WAS working…in what world?! We opted to use the stovetop to warm the home because the host did not respond until the morning. This helped. Now the host is blaming us for breaking the stove which must have already had issues. Beware of staying here. I thought that these people were nice and had great intentions. They apologized

Cute, comfortable house

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights right after Christmas. The house is adorable - vintage video games, other vintage game decor. We only slept here and took showers as we were visiting family in the area but we would stay here again. It was very comfortable. As pictured/described. Conveniently located. Good host communication.

Extremely trustworthy

Had everything we needed plus more, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. Very clean. The most amazing hostess….I left some jewelry and messaged her and she had it in the mail and back to me within the week. Honesty and trustworthiness cannot be bought!!! I cannot thank them enough.

Great Place

We arrived in town earlier than check-in and were allowed early check-in. The property was spotless. The bed was comfortable. There was adequate cookware, dishes and utensils which not all properties have. The owner recently added a couple of arcade games and we played PacMan for the first time in many years. I would definitely book here again.

Beautiful home, great location to everything. Owner is super nice and welcoming! Had no issues with booking or when arriving to the home. As advertised and feels incredible walking in and enjoyed the entire stay in this home!

Visiting family in Murfreesboro. The house was great. We are tea drinkers, so having the tea kettle was nice. Unfortunately, we both got food poisoning the night b4 we were supposed to check out. My boyfriend was still sick at check out. I let Marida know and she was extremely understanding and patient. I got over it after about 10 hrs. I had thought he would get better but he didn't. He was actively sick for over 24 hours. We ended up having to stay an extra night. Marida took care of blocking out the night so no one could rent the house. We were also a little late checking out. We were both pretty weak. She was really sweet and I am grateful for her kindness and understanding.

Our stay was fantastic! Absolutely loved this little house and area. The host Darida was very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions and needs. We would absolutely stay there again and refer friends and family to stay here as well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Marida + Thomas Balch är värd

We are a true Southern family and pride ourselves on welcoming everyone and never meeting a stranger! We love to take our boys on adventures, sometimes with a just few hours notice. Because of that, we really appreciate when we find great accommodations whether with friends or at a warm, cozy VRBO, which is why we want to make sure ours is just that!

Aside from traveling, we love music and have fun taking our boys (ALL 4!) to festivals in the warmer weather (which is sometimes January around here)! When we travel, we are always on the lookout for good food and local hangouts so, rest assured, you won't get the "tourist trap" recommendations from us. ;)

We like to live life to the fullest...making each moment count!
