Esta casa privada, completamente equipada le permite tener todas las comodidades del hogar, mientras estás fuera de casa! La casa se encuentra a sólo una cuadra de distancia de Buccaneer Beach & Park, que es una de nuestras playas favoritas de la zona - un gran lugar para traer a sus hijos y llevar a sus mascotas a pasear.

La casa fue renovada hace dos años, y que incluye una cocina completamente equipada, 3 dormitorios / 1. 5 de baño, un espacio del patio y un spa de descanso, y la marca de muebles nuevos y electrodomésticos.

La ubicación es impresionante para los viajes a la playa, Disneyland, Legoland, Zoológico de San Diego, el Wild Animal Park, Padre Estadio, Carreras de Del Mar, Del Mar Fair, el estadio de Anaheim, Sea World, y el Parque Balboa.

* Nuestra casa está al otro lado de la calle de las vías del tren. Este tren corre a lo largo de toda la costa del condado de San Diego Norte. Hay una estación de una milla y media de distancia de la casa, que ofrece un cómodo acceso al centro de la ciudad de San Diego, varias otras ciudades de la playa, y hasta Los Ángeles. Para sueño ligero, esto podría ser un problema, sin embargo, todas las propiedades costeras en el Condado del Norte están cerca de estas pistas.

Great spot in Oceanside- house is clean and updated with a nice covered patio out back. Walking distance to both the beach and lots of food, coffee, and drink options.Christie was super friendly and easy to communicate with.Definitely recommend her place for a stay in Oceanside!

The cutest home with a great bunk bed room perfect for kids or friends. Cozy backyard with fire pit, jacuzzi, furniture and everything you need. You can see the ocean from the front of the house and it’s near so many great restaurants and shops. Host was amazing- has an entire site with everything you need to know about the house, favorite restaurants and what to do in the area. Highly recommend visiting here. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub got a lot of use by the kids and the location was great for exploring the area. It is a short walk to coffee in the morning and pizza at night.

The stay was great! The location was perfect. We went to Legoland one day and Old Town San Diego the next day. Down the street from Carlsbad. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

There were a few things that I needed to contact the host about. The response and solution was GREAT! The dogs had a great time too!The main problem is that now my husband wants a PAC-MAN video game console for Christmas.

Great place to stay for a southern California vaca

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved living in the bunkbed room for the week. The listing is spot on and the house had everything we needed. I was surprised how walkable the neighborhood is. The hostess was very responsive to the couple of questions I had from the beginning and our stay was immensely enjoyable! Favorite parts were the very private backyard, cleanliness of the house, and location of the property. We were out for morning walks every day either to the beach, park, or coffee shop!

LOVED OUR BEACH WEEKEND

As described online. Great location to the beach. I would suggest that they bleach the towels as ours look very dingy even though I am sure they were clean. The one cabinet in kitchen looks like it could become detached. Great outdoor space!! Accommodating host!! Would stay again!! Thanks for a great weekend!

Loved the weather and location

House clean..location great near ocean..disappointed at the amount of flies in the patio..could not enjoy the back at all..infestation of flies all over..trash cans to close to patio hundreds of flies on them..i left 115 degree weather to enjoy outside not to be inside cause of this...kitchen too small not like photos i saw..TV. Unable to watch Padres game cause cable didn't get channel..😒

Sylvia brought the fly issue up to me... and my husband went right over and took some fly traps to put around the yard and he took the trashes out to the alley to get the flies away from the home. Living near the ocean we get flys from time to time and there must have been a bunch in the trash during her stay because this is not typical of our property and we rectified the issue immediately. The kitchen is literally the exact same as the photos... not meant to confuse guests. It's a very accurate and up to date picture. We provide basic cable but the Padres recently signed a deal with a specific cable company that we do not have and so unfortunately the game was not on normal TV. There wasn't much we could do about that. But my husband showed them how to get the game live on their phone and cast it to the TV so they were indeed still able to watch the game.

Cute beach house but the trains!

We had a great visit to Oceanside with the family. The house was really cute. We would not recommend it to large groups as there is only 1 shower and 2 toilets. There is an outside shower which would mostly be used for rinsing off after going to the beach. The backyard and the front of the home were fenced in which made it safe for our twin grandchildren. It is an older home so the floors creaked loudly in some areas and the beds were also very creaky. The biggest problem was that it is right across the street from the railroad tracks and being that there was a road that crossed the tracks the trains always blew their horns when approaching that intersection. The trains were too noisy for all of us and we did not get a good nights sleep while we were there. Great place for a short trip and if you are already used to so much noise.

We are so sorry to hear this guest did not enjoy our home as much as everyone else does! The train runs along the whole Southern California coast so if you stay near the beach you will be close to the train! All of this information is clearly stated in our listing but we are sorry they must have missed it! We also have the full layout of the home explained so it should not be a surprise that there is only one full bath as we mention. The outdoor shower is used by majority of groups as a second shower because it is enclosed and has hot water. We hope this review does not deter you from coming because we feel it's an inaccurate representation of our home! But please make sure to fully read through everything we have taken the time to write on our listing so you know exactly what the home is like, ensuring a positive experience for all! Thanks!

Perfect Beach House Get Away

I cannot say enough great things about this property and our host Cristie. We had a fantastic time at this house in Oceanside. The location is perfect! Walking distance to cute breweries/restaurants, coffee shops, parks, walking paths, surfing, and beaches. This is an ideal spot for anyone who loves and is looking to be submerged in the SoCal beach culture. The house itself is so cute, clean, and comfortable. It fit 6 adults, 2 kids, and dogs wonderfully. We enjoyed curling up and sinking into their huge couch, slept wonderfully on their cozy beds, and the highlight was sitting in the jacuzzi at night, looking at the stars, listening to the crashing waves, and soaking in that wonderful ocean air. You can literally hear the waves hitting the sand when you are outside or have the windows open. My husband is from Encinitas and has lived there most of his life. Since we moved, we travel often to North County to visit his family, this place was nostalgic for us and gave us our North County "fix". Spending a huge part of our lives in Encinitas, we love the sound of the coaster coming by, but realized that the coster is so quiet and the windows are soo good, we kept missing it as it passed by. When I asked my niece and nephew what their favorite part of the house was, they said it was their bunk beds and the video games! They loved their room and had a blast playing packman and streetfighter. Cristie was friendly, and so responsive during the booking process and our stay. She opened her home to us and help accommodate our large family of people and furbabies. We will definitely be back to stay and will forever remember all the memories we created here.

My Husband Daniel and I live in Oceanside and have four young kids and two dogs.

We love to travel, go to the beach, eat good food, and exercise. That common love of traveling and experiencing new places is something that brought us together when we met. It also is what inspired us to rent out our home on Airbnb and find other rentals in areas we love to visit! We hope you enjoy our rentals as much as we do!

Nestled in the heart of South Oceanside, our neighborhood is calm and quiet while still in a very convenient location. We love our spot due to its proximity to the beach and Buccaneer Park as well as the many delicious dining options within walking distance.

The South O Seabreeze is a chic beach house with a clean and updated style that's spacious enough for multiple families. The home is a single story that includes a fully stocked kitchen, a large bunk room for the kids with its own half bath, a master bedroom with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with two full beds, and another bathroom down the hall. There is also a large patio in the front with an enclosed hot-water outdoor shower and a private backyard with a hot tub, bbq, fire pit, and comfortable seating area. The home has a large smart TV in the living room and a TV and arcade games in the bunk room. In addition, we recently installed central AC and heat for greater comfort.
