This home was absolutely stunning and it comfortably accomodated my family.The host was very generous and hospitable. And made our trip very enjoyable. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity especially in December.The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. And the home is better than advertised. My family and i can't wait to come back to this amazing home.

We enjoyed our stay in Terra verde resort. Eduardo is always easy to contact and checks in with us during our stay. House is perfect for group with plenty of space for everyone, and kitchen is well stocked when you want to eat in. Highly recommend this house.

What an outstanding week at this home! Eduardo could not have been more accommodating. Beautiful modern home, safe and secure neighborhood, private pool and hot tub, and close to everything. Hopefully we can get back soon.

Usual Excellent Home

We have stayed this owners other house in Terra Verde in 2018 (his 6 bedroom house). Stayed at his 7 bedroom house this March for our friends annual golf trip. House is very solid and as advertised. Owner, Eduardo, is very reasonable to deal with and quick in replying to questions. We have stayed at Terra Verde resort many times. It is a fine resort that continues to it's original standards.

During Reginald's stay, he complained of insects. I've immediately sent the pest control company, Green Flag Services that reported the house was ok. Reginald stayed in the house for another 3 nights, telling it was "a really nice place". After his checkout, Green Flag came to check everything and found no evidence of any kind of bugs. Unfortunately he just wanted a refund and tried to find a way to get it.

A great rental home in a great resort

We have stayed at Terra Verde probably 15 times. It is a well taken care of gated community with a nice pool area. the home we rented. - we have rented from this owner 3 times. Twice at the current home and once at his other property at Terra Verde. The house is as advertized. Clean and in good shape. Kitchen has a ton of the items you would want for cooking meals (not many of these have everything you would want). The pool and hot tub are clean and the pool heat works well. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. We were groupchatting back and forth throughout the trip. He understands that customers have expectations when they book a property and he takes pride in his homes. We will certainly rent from him again.!

Property falling apart

The pictures of this place are deceiving. My family & I rented this property for 5 days to spend Christmas together. The property had so many problems upon arrival. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling of the lanai, screens hanging from the pool area, the screen door was broken, the garage was partially open upon arrival and did not lock, the lockbox to obtain the front door key was not working, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire from the ceiling in the king suite, there was wet laundry in the washer upon arrival, no face towels, we had to go buy our own, some of the jets and lights were broken in the pool and the hot tub as well. The bathrooms are unrenovated. The leather was completely worn off the sofa in certain spots. There is a large visible hole behind the shower head in the king suite on the 2nd floor. The owner was dismissive of our complaints and totally disregarded them. He sent a maid and a handy man on day 3 of our 5 day stay after we complained who both did nothing. The handyman stated that the hole in the lanai was unable to be repaired because no one was able to come out and fix it due to COVID. Florida is completely open so this is untrue. We paid extra for pool heat for 5 days and the pool heat and the jacuzzi were cold after the 3rd day. The neighbors told us that the property has been like this forever and they dont know how he gets away with renting it. This home was completely unacceptable to be rented out. My family and i I traveled over 1,000 miles to be together during Christmas and were left scrambling trying to find other accommodations instead of enjoying our vacation. I feel deceived and cheated out of my money. It's a complete shame that the owner doesnt do the required maintenance. I reached out to VRBO by phone and reported these problems upon arrival and was told that my family and I would be relocated to another property and then never heard from them again other than an email stating that they could not accommodate us. We attempted to call VRBO several times after receiving the email and each time we were either placed on a ridiculously long wait and then our calls were disconnected without any resolve. All in all our Christmas vacation was ruined due to the issues with the property and the stress that it caused us. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I will never rent through VRBO again.

Unfortunately this guest is not a good one. Her sister came early and went inside without getting the keys and breaking in the property, through the garage door. The alarm went off, and I received a call from the security company that were sendind the police. Had to call the guest, who was still coming, and she confirmed that it was her sister that break in. Of course, then everything went haywire. She did everything in her power to misdirect the break-in and try to conceal what happened, by complaining about EVERYTHING! Had the pool water at 88F when outside was 32F, and she complained about the pool heater not working! This is the first bad review I ever had. Look at all other good reviews. This is a bad guest. Do not rent to her.

Great modern vacation home.

This vacation home is fully renovated, has no carpet, is very clean, fully furnished and perfect.We love Terre Verde and are happy to have found the best house available. Secure gated community, front gate staffed 24/7 gate personnel are extremely friendly and always helpful. To us beds are important, these are all new and very comfortable. Eduardo the owner is very responsive. Look at the pictures this house is exactly as shown. Our extended family looks forward to returning sometime soon. The Sicard's Ottawa, Canada

Top class!

This property is perfect. The location to all parks and everything Orlando has to offer is good. About 5 mins drive to Wallmart and any restaurant you can think of. The owner of the property was great and answered all of our questions, and made everything so easy. When i come back to Florida, i will not even look at other places for accommodation. This place is excellent!
