Everything was well appointed...beach chairs, towels, cooler, wagon, washer & dryer. Kitchen was very well stocked and beautiful as well as the great location over Ali'i dr. Perfect little place!

This property is exactly as advertised. We really appreciated little touches like having laundry pods and dishwater soap available. The location is great, you can see the water and Alii from the lanai. Alii is about a 3 minute walk away. We would be happy to stay in the same unit again.

Great little suite in a great location. Right near the shops and restaurants and bay in kailua kona. Looks directly at the old church and its lot. Underground safe parking included.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were here for two weeks with one of us in a wheelchair. It was easy to to come and go from here for him. The unit is close to everything: used book store, grocery store, thrift store, all the local shops and restaurants, shore line, church on the shore. We could have walked everywhere without a rental except for getting here from the airport and our Costco riun.

Not only would I gladly stay here again but I have already booked this place for my stay next year. Knutson was very responsive to any questions I had and provided excellent support.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: house keeping did a great job, but there should be coffee, sugar (individual packs so if not used not wasted) pot holders for oven use. Bedroom was hot just could not get it to cool down.

So truly sorry about the bedroom being warm, the owner does have intention on installing a AC unit in the bedroom in the future. We apologize you felt coffee and sugar should have been included. We did not list that as an amenity. We do appreciate you staying with us though!

Amazing rental close to shopping AND they provided everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Kona Plaza! The unit was very clean, tidy and had everything you’d need for a fun family vacation! A full kitchen allowed us to shop and do our own cooking as needed. A beautiful screened in patio made eating outdoors a pleasant experience. We were also suprised to see accessories for the beach like snorkels and flippers available for our use as well. We also loved being so close to shopping and local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this unit! It was the best! They thought of everything!

Wish I Was The One Staying There

I booked this location for a guest from Chicago who wasn't going to rent a car. There was no need! He LOVED it here! The location was perfect for him to walk to the beach, eateries, open market, etc. I didn't have to "babysit" him - he had everything he needed at his fingertips. He arrived later than expected, so I was able to go in and place all his necessities - food, drinks, etc. Knutson was amazing! I bothered them to assist with extending and extending his stay - when he didn't arrive as scheduled. They took care of it immediately. When I couldn't extend his stay at this location any further, I found another one of Knutson's property one floor down! PERFECT!The ONLY thing that was a bother (for me not him) was the parking. There is a lot of construction going on in the basement parking that parking was confusing and tight. I can't imagine how it would be if every unit had a rental car. The main mission was accomplished - my Chicago guest LOVED IT!!THANK YOU, Knutson!!
