The property was in excellent shape it is a perfect location for just a weekend getaway or a week long vacation. The only downside was unfortunately the owner didn't have any control of the weather. Perfect spot would rent again

Perfectly located in South Yarmouth near everything you need! House was perfect for us-plenty of space, great fire pit in the back, and a clean place to spend our downtime. Our host was extremely communicative and quick responding. Would definitely stay again.

Diane was such a great host, always communicated with us and had the house nice and clean for us. Would highly recommend staying here if you planned on staying nearby.

A great place to go when going on vacation. Its a quiet neighborhood, my kids loved the space. They have a nice back yard you can relax in and it is not far from all the stores, restaurants and the beach. Contact with the host was great and easy. I would definitely recommend this renting this house when going out to the cape. This will be the place I look for first to stay next time my family and I go to the cape.

The house was in a perfect location! Close to the beaches and all the action yet it was such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We stayed at the house for two night and couldn’t be happier. Diane was very good with communication. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great few days on the Cape at this space. It met our needs well—even if we had to leave a day early because of a potential nor’easter coming in. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and we enjoyed being able to take walks through the neighborhood. There are some restaurants less than a mile a way which was nice and the location gives easy access to a lot of places. The king bed was comfortable.

The host was very friendly and responded quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, but we were disappointed that the property wasn’t as clean as previous guests found it to be. The showers definitely hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, and we found the place to be very cluttered.

Classic and cozy stay in the Cape

Diane's place is exactly what we expected from a home in a small town at the cape - cozy, humble and clean. There's plenty of opportunity for lounging and relaxing, especially after a day of biking (what we did). Diane was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a plus. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

We loved our stay. This house is perfectly located with lots of things close by. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early and the host was super responsive to anything we needed. We will stay here again in the future if we can.

Property was unclean and had mouse droppings in the cabinets and drawers with dishware. The shower and tub was unclean with lots of hair and "snotlike" spots I had to scrub off before I'd let my children take a shower. Floors were unswept and had dust and confetti from thr guests prior.
