Pet friendly. Everything was clean and well stocked for the bathrooms, blankets for the bedrooms and the kitchen had spices, ziploc bags, coffee, dog bowls. Nice neighborhood for running and walking and close to the downtown area.

Thank you Donna! It was a pleasure to host your stay.
This was a wonderful house with all the amenities of home, in a quiet residential area. The location was perfect, just a short walk over the Lions Gate Bridge to downtown St. Augustine. Landra was a perfect host and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house in walking distance to some great shops, restaurants/bars in a very well established neighborhood. Just across the draw bridge from downtown St Augustine and only a 5 min drive to the beach! Had some issues with the hot water but the owner had someone out to fix immediately! Beautiful kitchen and all the amenities needed to have a great stay!

Thank you Alison! We appreciate you all staying with us and for taking the time to review our home.
The overall property was great and convenient to attractions. The fully stocked kitchen and big living room made everything comfortable for everyone. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. Very thoughtful. The front porch was great for evening relaxation. The only thing I wished for was a bigger bathroom counter or dresser to put on makeup. And that there wasn't enough accessible outlets in bedrooms. Our stay was great. Thank you Landra.Ps Landra was so so helpful in texting us so many good restaurants. Food was amazing!!
The house was just as described and had everything you could need. It was very clean and well appointed. The homeowner was super responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay again if in the area.
