This end-unit Fairway Oaks villa offers two floors of living space. To maximize the golf views, the reverse floor plan has three bedrooms located on the first floor and the main living space and fourth bedroom on the second floor. The open living space features desirable updates and finishes. The kitchen showcases granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a wide counter bar with seating. The light-filled dining room comfortably seats your entire group and provides access to the golf course view deck. The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, golf views, and bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.
