Fairway Oaks Villa! Lagoon views! Short 5-7 minute stroll to the beach!

Your home away from home in Kiawah Island with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This villa is located in West Beach village and a quick walk(5-7 minutes) or bike ride (2-3 minutes) to the 10 miles of beach. Enjoy privacy while sitting on the upstairs deck viewing the wildlife. You never know what you might see swimming in the lagoon or flying by you in the air. The Fairway Oaks Villas are located adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course (one of the five destination courses) which hosts the fabulous restaurant, The Ryder Cup Bar. Our villa is set up like a townhome so there will only be you above and below. The first floor consists of three bedrooms. A king bedroom that is connected by a bathroom to a twin bedroom. There is another twin bedroom that has access to a full bath. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The upstairs has another bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other. There is brand new furniture and a 75" Smart Samsung television and the kitchen is state of the art with all the supplies you would need to create a top notch meal. The dining table can easily seat eight and there is an extension leaf available if you would need more space. This villa is equipped with high speed internet and all smart televisions. Make your reservation at this villa that is perfect for families or groups of friends that just want to get away and enjoy all that Kiawah has to offer.

This property is a 5 star! Great Location adjacent to Golf, dining, and freshfields. As a bonus, the beach is an easy walk for all ages. The host was the best as she made sure every detail was taken care of and she was very responsive to any questions. Her communication was the best you will encounter! I highly recommend this rental for a family vacation.

Host was very responsive and helpful with all my questions as we were here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed, as the whole joke was well appointed. Location is great, close to beach and first gate, making Fresh Fields just a 5 minute drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, with everything one would need for a short or long-term stay. It’s so conveniently located to the beach, with it being just a 5-min walk on a paved and shaded path. We greatly appreciated all of the amenities: including board games, beach towels, beach chairs, a hose to rinse off, etc. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Communication with the host was excellent.

This villa was exceptional. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size with plenty of extra space for belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and extras. My mother in law who loves to cook was delighted.

Better than even expected 4 bedroom

Quick stay as we were scouting locations in Kiawah
super easy check in and owner was quick to respond. This was sparkling clean and kitchen had everything including things we didn’t know we needed! (2 coffee makers!). Looks professionally decorated but so comfortable to watch tv, hang out on deck or just sleep. Super easy 5 min walk to the beach and close to fresh fields grocery. We would stay here again and 5 star recommend!

Perfect Family Villa on KiawahWe stayed from July 12–19, 2025, with our four daughters (ages 1 to 13) and my parents, and this villa was ideal. It was clean upon arrival, check-in was simple, and there was plenty of parking and storage for bikes and beach gear. The two king beds and twin rooms suited our group perfectly.The cozy, updated interior felt like home. We loved the spacious living/dining area for games and movies, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening wildlife watching—we even saw birds and a couple of alligators!The beach was a short walk or bike ride away, clean and quiet, with plenty of space to relax. We used the bike paths daily, riding as a group or in pairs, and our kids loved stopping at Night Heron Park for the playground.The villa is in a peaceful, friendly community—especially quiet in the evenings. We also appreciated the location: Freshfields Village (with grocery, restaurants, and shops) was only a few minutes away, and Charleston was close enough for a fun day trip. We even caught a movie at the unique Terrace Theater.The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. We felt truly welcomed and lucky to stay here. Would absolutely rent again—highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing Kiawah getaway
