Have you ever wondered what it’s like to live in a tiny home? Here’s your chance. Come escape the hustle and bustle of the city in this charming tiny house located in the heart of Western North Carolina at the Acony Bell Tiny Home Village.

This unique area is located at the epicenter of Appalachia where hiking, fly fishing, waterfall exploring, and even experiencing a taste of downtown Asheville are all a short drive away.

Our modern tiny house offers all the modern conveniences you could ask for including on-demand water heater for those extra long showers, super efficient heating and cooling, full kitchen with two burner stove top, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster oven.

The main loft has a queen sized bed, the second loft has a twin-size bed and the futon folds out into a double (perfect for bringing the kiddos).

The tiny home shares outdoor space with 8 other airbnb tiny home rentals around a communal fire pit that has firewood provided. Boyston Creek runs to one side of the space and views of Forge Mountain, chicken coop and vegtable garden to the other side of the space.

Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is a gated community with long term residents in a separate area from our tiny home rentals. There is a communal fire pit with complimentary wood and lighter. The Boylston creek runs through our property.

Guest are encouraged to enjoy the creek as well as the communal fire pit. Wood is provided.

We are a dark sky community and request outdoor lights be off by 10PM.

Please do NOT walk through the long-term resident area marked with signs.

Please let us know if dogs are coming. max of 2 dogs.

Acony Bell is located just 15 minutes to Sierra Nevada Brewing, 10 minutes to Oskar Blues Brewing, 25 minutes to downtown Asheville, 10 minutes to Brevard, and 15 minutes to all the outdoor activities you can muster in Pisgah National Forest. So whether you’re wanting a day exploring the various art galleries, breweries, and restaurants Asheville has to offer, or you simply want to enjoy the great outdoors, this tiny home has it all.

Tiny Home Rules and Regulations

● GARBAGE: Please place your garbage and recycling in the dumpsters to the left of the gate.

● FIRE PITS: The fire pit will be continually stocked with wood. We want you to enjoy them. Please do not use them during quiet hours

● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM on weekdays and 11PM – 8 AM on weekends. All outdoor house lights need to be turned off as well. We are a dark sky community.

● SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the community is 9 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians, pets and bikers in the roadway.

● PARKING: Please park in the two-car designated space next to the home. Do not park on grass or other landscaping. No campers or RVs. Travel trailers are considered a vehicle.

● Please enjoy walking on the main roads on the property while respecting our residents' privacy. The garden and chicken are cared for by residents, eggs and vegetables are not for guests.

● NO SMOKING inside the house
No frying fish or food that leaves a strong odor. Many homes don’t have an exhaust fan.

● PET POLICY: We expect all guests with dogs to adhere to the pet rules.
Please notify us that you are bringing a dog and pay the additional pet fee at check-out.
Limit 2 dogs per tiny home.
Dogs must be on leash at all times.
Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Guests must clean up after their pets on the property and dispose of all pet waste.
If any pet rules are broken or a pet is brought without notice, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.

Main guest who made the reservation must be 21 or older. They are responsible for the actions of all guests in the tiny home. Cleanliness of the Village is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person or group who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Residents and guests agree to use the community at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
