This unique studio style place has a style all of its own. Short drive to downtown.. just about 5 min. The grocery store is about 3 min. away and the gas station is about a minute and a half drive. The place is great for couples of any age and for any occasion. The living room has a full-size futon and bedding is provided. Outside is a partially covered patio with seating and partial view to the pond.

It was described as 1 bedroom but was a studio.No kitchen towels.No privacy.No blindsDirty ashtray on deck.Futon totally uncomfortable. No lake view.It was a nasty pond and couldn’t be seen by house. No welcome book or information about where places were or directions.Had to google everything. Totally disappointed with everything about this place.I’d hate to give VRBO a bad rating.Do you even check these places out? I think some kind of compensation should be given.

A perfect spot for our mountain getaway. A serene and quiet setting yet just minutes from town. Grocery store is minutes away. Well stocked kitchen and local area guidebooks were appreciated. Very comfortable bed and nice linens.

We were quite pleased with the property. It was cute, cozy, and clean. It's very up-to-date and the decor is lovely. The host was very responsive, and directions to the property, as well as how to get in were very clear. We would gladly stay again whenever we come to Brevard next. Another plus, it's a short drive to downtown. :)

Prefect place right outside of Brevard close to everything. The host Brian is as nice as they come and very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend for a couples cabin

Cute place! The owner replied to any questions we had very quickly. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Brevard and the Brevard Music Center. Very quiet and we saw deer outside every day. Our dog enjoyed it too! The only downside were some tiny black ants in the kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t want to spray for them because we had a dog.

Cozy and convenient

My husband and I were comfortable during our stay. The cottage has a covered deck that adds a perfect “extra room”. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and enjoyed being so close to town.

Great getaway

We explored several waterfall trails and the location was excellent. Easy ride to town for food The porch was like an extra room. It was excellent just watching critters visiting the pond.

Great weekend getaway

Cute Cottage

Cute cottage, very clean and close to downtown Brevard (less than 10 mins). Comfy bed, large TV, nice shower. Perfect for a short stay!

Really nice little place

Great little place just outside of Brevard; extremely clean, and well-decorated with a nice little covered porch. Well-stocked. Our only glitch (and it wasn't really a big deal) was that the website looked like there was a nice coffeemaker that used K-cups, so we bought K-cups, only to find that wasn't the case.

LOVED this little house!

This house was exactly what we needed for a little hiking getaway. It had all the modern conveniences you need nestled in a beautifully decorated space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Amazing property!

This property is so cute! From the cozy covered front porch to the perfectly laid out efficiency floor plan… It was perfect. It had everything I needed and felt super new and stylish. Close to Brevard and an awesome bonus was the little basket of goodies with popcorn and oatmeal and a snack bar. Great to have a little something between meals when traveling without having to go out. But if you did go out, there was a full fridge, stove, microwave etc… oh and just wait until you see the shower! Host was amazing and accommodating when I needed an extra night. Would highly recommend this place!

Great stay!

It was the perfect, cozy and clean space for time away. My husband and my 3 year old daughter stayed and it was just right. It had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!!

Very livable and comfortable

Quaint little cottage located 10 minutes from downtown Brevard. Nicely furnished and decorated. Well equipped. The bath had a high-tech shower with quite an array of features. The lake that would normally provide a nice view had been drained due to some structural problem according to a neighbor.

Perfectly adorable cabin

The cabin was very cute. The shower was amazing. The private porch area with couch and fan was perfect for reading in the morning or evening. It’s not a great place to take a walk, but is within easy driving distance of anything you would need. I loved the decorations too.
