The place was perfect for my grandkids & us. The bedrooms were very spacious & clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the patio was great. Christian was very friendly & responded to any questions or issues we had immediately. The front porch light bulb burned out & he replaced it within a few hours so we didn't have to manage the stairs in the dark.I would highly recommend this place & will stay there again when the family meets in Watsonville.

Love the house…from the game room to all the TVs to the big gourmet kitchen..everything was amazing I would definitely recommend and the neighborhood is nice

right around the corner

My family stayed in this property when visiting from back east. We live around the corner. They did their Thanksgiving baking and cooking there. It was perfect. Christian was very responsive. We had last minute changes to the guest list, he really help us with it. He even dropped off the dirty clothes that were left and we gave him back the bowl that ended up at out house. It was great to meet him as a neighbor. My family plans to stay there when ever they visit. It was perfect. We highly recommend it.
