Comfortable and Convenient

The property fit our needs very well. Small touches like games, books, small emergency stock like sugar coffee, rice etc made the stay very complete. Host was accessible and answered questions within hours. Great Stay. Back yard would be used well in summer, but was a little too cold in February. Enjoyed the stay!

Lovely and Spacious

The home was easy to find. It's located in a quiet older neighborhood in San Diego. Quick access to the freeway with a straight shot to downtown. The home is very open, spacious and clean. Equipped with the essential needs and toiletries. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank you!

100th Birthday

Our aunt turned 100 and we came out to celebrate with her. She still lives at home and this house in a quiet subdivision was within walking distance of hers. This VRBO was clean, had 3 full baths and nice living areas both inside and out. So many fruit trees and plants. We came at night, the house needs lit house numbers, we needed to exit the vehicle and walk up to read it. We would happily stay here again.

On the picture property looks pertinent. In person it is terrible. It is a super old house that has been remodeled (terrible paint job to cover the flaws. And very very poor remodel). Backyard is disgusting. Has not been cleaned or swept in god knows how long. Seat cushions had bird crap all over I wish I can show picture. Grill, pool table are nasty. Doors that lead outside cannot close and are about to fall out of track. Doors are filthy with dust and great finger prints. Only positive is the tv room but sectional couch is dirty with stains. Neighbors are loud, back yard smelled like sewage on our last morning there. Dining table chairs have loose legs in chairs. Kitchen is filthy. I wish I can post pictures. I would not stay here again even if offered to stay for free. Host is friendly and good communication but the property it self is not where I would ever have my family stay. Corn hole board are broken too. Pictures do not resemble the property.
