The apartment was perfect. The inside was spotless with no smell. The bathroom and shower were immaculate! The outdoor area (hammock and shared space) were also immaculate! I have been to places that offer an outdoor space and it is not well kept- this was PERFECT. We spent time on our private porch with hammock and ate breakfast in the larger shared backyard. Not only was it perfect but IRREGARDLESS is basically in your back yard!!! There was no lag in communication with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend and stay again
Cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The mattress on the pullout couch truly was incredibly comfortable! The private patio was the perfect place for our morning coffee, and while we didn’t have time to use it, the large, shared outdoor space was amazing. Parking was easy thanks to Jennifer’s detailed instructions. The unit is in a great location, walking distance to wonderful Federal Hill restaurants and downtown. Jennifer goes above and beyond in providing information to help you enjoy all Providence has to offer. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to Providence.
Very clean and unique space. Nicely decorated and comfy. The only downside is how close it is to the street and sounds like the cars may go through the living room
Very clean and updated property within walking distance of anything in the city. The instructions for check in were clear and detailed, made the process easy. Plenty of space. Would recommend choosing this place to stay.
Visiting our son in PVD for the holiday weekend. I wish we had found this place 4 years ago. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed morning coffee on our covered private patio and a game of ping pong on the shared patio. Bed was comfy. Will def be back!
Close to the central part of Providence, it was easy to visit the various friends and places we had come to see. The apartment was immaculate, and it looked like it had been recently renovated. The shower was wonderful. It had all the amenities listed in the description.
Charming, clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Parking is a half block away across the street so not ideal if you pack a lot of stuff. 5 big steps into the building so not a good match for people with mobility challenges.
Overall good stay, and very clean with thoughtful touches. We did decide it was meant more for one person traveling as the furniture is on the smaller side, including the bed. Great if you are using the space to crash for the night but not necessarily to hang out. Federal Hill restaurants were all within easy walking distance.
This property was perfectly located for all things. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Also such an easy walk to downtown and everything the city has to offer. The bedroom does sit along the main road which can make for some street noise during the night, however the property comes with a sound machine that drowns it all out. Also, the apartment is located near the public safety building which means noisy sirens at all times during the day, but it made my wife and I feel safe knowing authorities were so close by. Perfect property if you are looking to park your car and walk everywhere during your stay and feel at home in a cozy, well maintained apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this condo. It was immaculate and walking distance to everything. Kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. We had a problem shortly after checking in with the password for our electronics.. called Jennifer and within a half hour she had a women come and straighten it up. She could have easily said she would figure it out the next day. The living room furniture is not the most comfortable but you can't have everything. 5 star from us. Will definitely rent again
Great spot. As a PC season ticket holder I could see how renting a coupe units here might be more fun than the hotels I usually get for the big Saturday games.
