Great place to stay on Sand Point. It is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. James was a great host - very kind and responsive!

Fun stay in Caseville

We had a very nice stay in Caseville! This property was just as advertised, except in addition to the 3 bedrooms mentioned, there is also a twin bed in cute laundry nook. This house has all the amenities, and more. We enjoyed the 2 living spaces (one up, one down) and the arcade games downstairs. Very convenient location, only minutes from downtown Caseville. It was nice to sit out on upper or lower deck/ patio and watch the boats go by in the channel, and all the wildlife…we saw many spotted fawns and bunnies, all kinds of birds. This house made for a great home base to come “home” to each day and relax. The owner was highly responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Beadle Bay is a tranquil community just outside of Caseville for all ages. We are located at the end of the cul-de-sac on the canal.

Wildlife frequent yards daily! Bald eagles, herons, and other birds are often seen while sitting on our balcony or from either dining table. The fish and turtles surface at times for viewing. Human neighbors are also friendly!

Parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Caseville is 5 miles away with quaint shops, unique dining, beautiful beaches, and fun community events such as Mothers’ Day Out, Ribstock, July 4th, Witches’ Walk, and everyone’s favorite Cheeseburger in Caseville.

Put your boat in at either Caseville or Beadle Bay Marinas before a day on the water or joining the Tie Offs. You can also rent kayaks, canoes, or SUP to be delivered at the house by Bullfrogs and put in at the canal!

Port Austin is 20 miles away, offering more shopping and restaurants. On the way, take a quick swim at Philp Park for a pristine beach. Don’t forget to check out the local artists’ work at PAKs Garage.

Caseville is full of great local businesses! Make sure to stop by Lemon Tree Marketplace, Caseville Hardware, Beachy’s, and Shaker’s to name a few! Caseville is also the home to Shipwreck Distillery and Thumb Brewery! Turnip Rock is a short drive and kayak/boat ride away.
