We were double-booked (by Vrbo), so Dolph offered us a different rental that was excellent! Clean, beautiful, pretty quiet and a nice view of Mission Bay. The hosts (Dolph and Linda) were very approachable, responsive and generous. We would be happy to stay there in the future.

Weize and his party were just the perfect guests that we would always welcome to host over and over again. They are very respectful, follow the instructions with ease, great communicators, very clean and appreciative. They enjoyed the place and the weather despite the rainy weekend. Linda and Dolph were very friendly and welcoming. The stay was clean, safe, comfortable, with a view of the bay/ocean and nightly drone light show visible over Sea World. The bed was comfortable and the sea breeze kept us cool. It was nice retreat and convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making everything seamless from check-in to departure. The location was lovely, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby spots. The home was fully equipped with every amenity I could have needed, making it feel comfortable and effortless throughout our stay.

Great place to stay

Very clean, safe, nice and quiet. Peaceful. Space has all the every day necessities. Great location close to beach, shopping, sea world. Rusty is a great host. Would definitely stay again.

A nice comfortable stay with a little bay view. The space is accurately described and a good stay. The bonus is Rusty the dog greeting you at the top of the stairs.

Clean and well-appointed studio. Didn't hear neighbors, except for one yapper.Kind landlord, sweet dog. Nice bed and pillows. All in all a great place to stay.

Overall, our experience was great. We had some difficulty with the check in process as we were not able to enter because the door was locked and we couldn’t reach the property owner. But we were eventually able to make contact and they arranged for us to be let in. They were very apologetic and graciously offered us a reduced rate for the first night. After we got settled in, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
