Escape to this enchanting 4-bedroom house plus loft on the water in Point Venture. With 4 king beds and a Loft with a Full/Twin bunk bed, guests will feel right at home. Relax on the back deck looking at wildlife on this beautiful 1.5-acre backyard or unwind by the firepit after a day of exploring. This home is the closest home in Point Venture to the park area, private boat ramp, and the Lake Travis Beach (when water level is down). We also have a boat dock for tying up your boat (check with owner on water levels). Stay connected with WiFi and stay comfortable with AC and heating. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place.

What makes this property unique

We are the closest house to the Point Venture private park and boat ramp. When the water level is low we are also closest to the well known PV Beach area that draws crowds of people from all over the lake. We like to take a canopy and chairs and spend the day out there!
