The space
Access: Keyless Entry. The home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4-digit code to access the home.

Living Room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and chair provides seating for 4, coffee table and side table for placing items, 55" Roku TV which you can log in for any of your personal streaming apps. There are also many live channels to enjoy. If you do not have a Netflix log in, one can provided upon request. Quartz kitchen counter doubles as breakfast bar with 4 barstools.

Game room: 4-in-1 combo game table for your indoor gaming, such as Foosball, Hockey, table tennis, and billiard. The stack design of the table makes it easy to convert from game to game in just minutes.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - cookware, dishes/silverware, toaster, blender, brand-new full-size appliances for cooking, coffee maker (French press) and each stay comes with complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.

Bedroom: Fully furnished w/ Queen bed, blackout curtains, 12" memory foam mattress, nightstands, charging outlets, closet with storage shelving, a modern desk and a chair as a dedicated workspace. Mattress and pillows are protected with hypoallergenic covers for your health and safety.

Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, face towels.

Towels: everyday millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once, we provide guests with 1 bath towel each, although we have additional in the linen closet, we encourage you to reuse your towels to help us conserve the earth's vital resource.

Water Filtration: Arizona is known for having hard water. To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with under-the-sink Reverse Osmosis System which you will certainly enjoy!

Pool: there is a community pool and jacuzzi for you to enjoy. Keys will be provided the day you check in.

Check out instructions: Please make sure you do your dishes, or you will be charged extra $25 fee. All other linen and cleaning will be done by our cleaning team, but we kindly ask that you please do your dishes. We have a dishwasher you can turn on and wash all dishes with also :)

Laundering: guests who are booked for 5 days or more will be provided with laundry pods and dryer sheets to use the washer and dryer machines in the unit.
Guest access
PARKING: 1 vehicle is allowed in our covered assigned parking spot. The number of the spot will be provided during check in instructions. All other vehicles can park in an uncovered parking spot.
Other things to note
Starting on March 6, 2023, the City of Tempe requires the property owner to conduct a sex offender check through the DOJ for the primary guest.
