IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The community uses a central chiller system managed by building administration. Depending on the season, units may have either cooling or heating, but not both simultaneously.
• As of 02/02/2026, the system is set to cooling mode until further notice.
• Space heaters are provided in the living room for supplemental comfort.
• Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts and should be logged out at checkout.

You will have access to the common areas including the large, deep pool and poolside seating and lounge chairs. There are also grassy areas in the main courtyard as well.

Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

Either myself or co-host are available if needed but I usually give my guests their space with self check in. I am available for text or call through the app.

Your experience is our top priority with our keyless self check-in. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay!

- NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
- NO parties or events
- Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
- Do not disturb neighbors
- Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
- Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Note: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.

• Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout.
