Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony in these 2 bedrooms & 2-bathroom condo. Enjoy Royal Garden Resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

We LOVED our stay. The room was clean and just as described. The pool area was spacious and access to the beach was great. The ONLY complaint is the parking deck is horrid. We drove a Toyota Tacoma and it was TIGHT! It’s single lane travel so when you meet another vehicle you have to back up. Again, this is our ONLY complaint! The area is low key and the beach is clean.

Needed beach vacation

Loved the condo. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. They didn’t go cheap on the furnishings. The view was beautiful, and love they had a bar/grill right on the property.

It was very nice. Needed more than 2 garbage bags for a week. Needed more than 1 pack of dishwasher soap for a week. Needed more than 4 rolls of toilet paper for three people for a week. Other than that the place was very nice. Would have been nice to know that there were 2 beach chairs. Had a great week. Beds comfortable. Loved the chairs on the balcony

The location is amazing, right on the beach. When we weren't on the beach, we could sit outside on the deck and enjoy a wonderful view! There is a cafe downstairs and a little mini-mart on the property. A 5 minute walk takes you the the conch cafe for lunch or dinner. Pools both inside and out. Great place!

Great condo. GREAT OCEAN VIEW. Only downside was the foam mattress in the master bed room. Not uncomfortable but awkward. Despite that would love to stay there again.

Beautiful location

This property was beautiful. Indoor and outdoor pools. With a beautiful view of the beach. Also has a bar on the pool deck with the best fried pickles. Owner was very prompt with responses and made our check in so convenient for us, after a very long drive from Philadelphia. Property was clean and comfortably fit all 6 of us. Would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family!

I was a nice, comfortable, quiet condo. My only complaint is trying to get clean towels and bath clothes. because we were out a lot, the office is only open on certain hours. But other than that, we had a great day.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Gardens Resort. The room looked just like the pictures did on the Vrbo website and it was very clean. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you needed to cook with if you decided to eat in instead of going out to eat. The view from the balcony was very nice! I saw them cleaning the pool, testing the PH, and washing around the pools so I was impressed with that. We would defiantly stay there again.The only real complaint would be the parking garage. It is VERY tight getting in and out. There is only one way up and down. If someone is going down while you're going up, they have to back up, or you have to move over so they can squeeze by. So just a heads up on that if you stay there.TIP: Check the Lobby for Brochures with coupons and deals. I saw on the day we checked out there was a special coupon just for people staying there for 10.00 off a seafood buffet. We would have used that had we known it was available to guest.

This was a 2 BR/2 Bath 5th floor ocean front unit, beautiful view. Very clean. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room (we used pull out sofa). The check in and check out process was very easy and Sea Breeze Realty was very responsive to calls. Condo is close to airport (10 min), restaurants, Surfside Pier, Murrells Inlet and shopping. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. There was a beach restoration project occurring during our stay, this still did not interfere with beach access nor its beauty. The pool area is very basic, OK to cool off in but small. There is a restaurant/bar on property (we did not use). Parking garage was very tight, would avoid having a large vehicle if possible. The kitchen was stocked with adequate cookware and dishes (no can opener or blender). There were games, movies and beach chairs provided in unit) There are a few suggestions that would have taken my rating from a 4 star to a 5 star….-have more dishwasher detergent available (we had 2 for a week stay) AND/OR supply dish detergent for hand washing dishes (we left a large bottle to keep).-supply laundry detergent since limited bath towels available (5)-have beach towels available for guests to use at beach. -having more than 2 rolls of toilet paper per BR supplied for family of 5 for 7 days. -provide paper towelsFor very little providing some basic essentials would have taken our stay to a 5.Overall, would stay here again.

Older place but seemed well-maintained. The view was fantastic. I would have rated our overall stay 5-star, but the beach refurbishment was right in front of us for part of our stay, so the beach was off-limits during those days.

We loved being right on the beach! It was very convenient with little kids! We had four adults and two little kids. We definitely made the space work, but it would have been very tight if we had 2 additional adults instead of the 2 kids. The master bathroom was big enough to accommodate a pack n play. The description of the property was spot on, and we were very happy with the experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was excellent but cable on the TV. Much of it made no sense and was extremely difficult to work with. Especially formy disabled son. The old system that you had was much easier for a normal person.
