We will def stay here again if the opportunity arises. Very clean, extremely well- appointed. It is obvious that the host (Julie) cares about her property and her guests. We did all the things we came to the area to do: hiking, e-bike riding. Letchworth State Park is a must -see. These surrounding towns (Perry, Mt. Morris, Scottsville) are quaint. Lots to do w/some forethought and preparation. Thanks, Julie!

We were in town for a nearby family reunion. The property was a perfect home base for visiting and family fun. Letchworth park, Silver Lake Drive In, Darryl’s pizza, Silver Lake Brewing Project, Old Souls Bakery and the adorable shop Eleven Covington. We loved relaxing by the fire pit!

Gorgeous property!

We came in for a quick 36 hours for a celebration of life and this property was absolutely beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the deck and fire pit. Highly recommend and if we are ever back in this area again, this will definitely be our go to place to stay!

Easy access with he electronic lock, house was clean and well laid out, kitchen was well stocked, fire pit was great and appreciated having firewood and supplies for a fire. With the lights off in the house, the view of the stars was wonderful and we could see the Milky Way and a meteor shower.

Great host, location and home. Everything in Julie's beautiful home is brand new. Home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Great home base for hiking at Letchworth, Stonybrook and Watkins Glen. Cute putt-putt golf close by as well. Didn't have time to visit Silver Lake because there were so many other great attractions. Would definatey recommend East Lake Escape!

This property was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The host thought of and provided many lovely and functional touches, such as bottled water, cozy throws, charging cords, coffee, fire wood, entertainment, etc. Furniture was nice and comfortable. We thought the cottage was going to be a little closer to the lake (maybe in view), but I suppose I should have studied the map a little closer. The location was very convenient to local shops and events in Mt. Morris, Perry, and Letchworth Park. The immediate area did not have many dinner options for foodies. Local bakeries were nice.
