Plenty of room, wonderful yard and dock access for kids. Well-stocked kitchen. No air conditioning and the one fan provided didn’t work very well, so just be aware you may need to bring fans in the summer. Cleanliness was ok; I tend to be a clean freak, so may be a little too picky about things like window sills that other people may not even notice. Linens and towels were all clean and it was very comfortable. Very helpful and responsive host.

Perfect island retreat! Very well stocked kitchen- we found everything we needed to cook. Location on the beautiful Westcott bay made an easy walk to Roche Harbor groceries and restaurants. The bikes and kayaks are an added bonus. The house far exceeded our expectations.

Perfect oceanfront cottage

Our family had such an amazing stay at this property. The location was amazing, right on Westcott Bay, walkable to Roche. There were games and water equipment perfect for our daughter, I would highly recommend the property and will try to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Roche Harbor! The accommodations were wonderful, the place was clean and beautiful, the view is spectacular, and we were so close to town that we walked into the Harbor multiple times. We were definitely stay here again! We ran into the host as we pulled onto the property and they were so nice and friendly and gave us great suggestions.
